Yes, Remus pipe is legal, but I do not have the paper. Previous owner misplaced it. But it can be obtain from Motoworld, if really needed. Viewing can is in Sengkang in evening. Other places can be arranged, of course.

Sometime they don't ask for cert. When they ask, I tell them frankly that the previous owner misplaced it, and I do not have it. The inspections went through without prob. In any case, replacement cert can be easily obtained from Motoworld if wanted.
