Duration: 0500(11/04) - 2359(15/04) = 5D/4N.

Destination: Hatyai Town.

Meeting Time/Move Out Location: 0500hrs(5am Thursday morning) 11/4/2013 @ 2nd Link Esso(After Tuas checkpoint).

Group Travelling Speed: 100-120km/hr

Round Trip Coverage: Less than 1800km

Closing Date: 29th Mar 2013'

Itinerary

11/04/2013 Thursday

0500 - Meet at GP Esso(after Tuas Checkpoint) & short ride-briefing.

0515 - Move out.

0700 - Ayer Keroh R&R : Breakfast & Top up.

0930 - Rawang R&R: Top up.

1200 - Sg Perak R&R: Top up & short rest.

1430 - Gurun R&R: Top up & Group meeting point.

1600 - Bkt Kayu Hitam: Final top up before entering Sadao.

1800 - Check-in hotel & Dinner.

12/04/2013 Friday(1/2 day ride).

0900 - Ride to Temple at hill top, sleeping Buddha & sight riding.

1600 - Back to hotel, sourcing for 'weapon' ready for......

14/04/2013 Sunday

0900 Ride to Songkhla beach.(Optional for those who wish to sleep late).

1200 Back to hotel for shopping.

15/04/2013 Monday

** Breakfast at own time **

0900 Check out, gather at lobby.

1000 Bkt Kayu Hitam: Top up

1230 Semmangul R&R: Top up.

1430 Ulu Bernam R&R: Top up & rest.

1700 Ayer Keroh R&R: Top up & late lunch.

2000 GP Esso: Final gather, top up & Home Sweet Home.

Trip Cost:

> For 4 Nights = S$170/pax (2-sharing), S$340/room (2pax)

> Compulsory Back-up Service = S$20 per bike.

i.e.;

1) Share room with a bike = S$170+S$20 = S$190.

2) Whole room with a bike = S$340+S$20 = S$360.

3) Whole room with 2 bike = S$340+S$40 = S$380.

Own Cost/Spendings:

> Fuel cost for this trip of base on 15km/ltr at RM1.90/ltr = Approximately S$95.

> Avearge meal cost at S$10/day or lower, other spendings will be individual.

This ride is open to all class of bike. For 2B bike u need to maintain a minimum riding speed of 100-120km/h on NSHW, whole journey for this trip we'll cover approximately 1800km. Along the NSHW we have planned stops for rest & fuel at around 200km+- or 2hrs interval.

The backup service will assist us in the event of breakdown to reduce unneccessary waiting time for tow truck. Rider will hop-on to proceed & bike will be tow back at discounted rate when we're on the way back.

This annual fun-filled celebration only happen in Thailand, as it is not a long-hual, it is suitable for partner to come along. For this year I only managed to get 15rooms from a different hotel, it has secured parking & safe surrounding, only minutes walk to celebration central.

For this season is difficult, most hotel won't issue extra bed.

The sharing will be arrange at random unless u guys pair up after the meeting.
