I used to buy lots of these soft, cuddly toys for my wife when we we still dating. Doraemon, rabbit, teddy bears, dragon, etc. I thought she would keep those toys for our children but nope. She disposed of all those toys when she shifted house before we got married... :sian:

First learn stand, then learn fly. Nature's rules biker-sans. Not mine...

When I was small, about 15 years back, I used to go arcades to plays those physical games (shooting, throw balls/rings at a target, something like those at carnivals) which had soft toys as prizes. Accumulated about 100++ over time. But threw some away last year during spring cleaning.

Now left with about 20+ of my favourites (and some from my grandmother) kept in a cardboard box. Never cuddle lah just for keepsake.

But now, whenever I go arcades I'd start checking out those UFO machines in the arcades to catch some soft toys, it gives me a sense of achievement!

Problem is dunno where to keep the increasing new ones again :help:

o yah, those grabber machines right? i always aim at the cute cuddly ones but never ever grab them successfully....

Yeah those machines, you gotta understand their mechanism. Stand around and see how they work or talk to those experts and you might get a tip or two.

Me is so-so nia... muz depends on the position. Sometimes the ones really easy to catch are not the ones you want, and the ones you want might be almost impossible to catch. To me this game I feel is 60% skill and 30% luck. The remaining 10% goes to variables and other factors, eg. worn out parts, bent claws...

Sometimes $1 catch one. Sometimes spend $30 also cannot catch anything. Average $5 - $10 for one.

i ever complain at the arcade and they send someone to open the glass box and start tossing the toys about then maybe a bit easier to grab the one you want!!

hey tridagger....your small boxes beside your bike are cute! i saw the pix at your profile.

Yeah sometimes those nice arcade staff will re-arrange the toys for you right... :cheeky:

Haha... thanks for the compliment. I will let my bike know.

you can stuff them with toys or even real pups.

i got a thai friend who rode a scooter and she would ferry her poodle in the basket!

Yep I like cats actually, but don't have any pets lah cos my nose is a little sensitive to the fur. Instead I fill my boxes with the kitty "Marie" I catch at arcades

:goodluck: to you catching toys~

(don't spend too much!)
