oh. figure 8 i use the same technique as slalom - knee grip tank, gear 2, constant throttle and use rear brake to control speed. must lean the bike to take the curves otherwise will be too slow. and look ahead to the center part of the figure 8 where the lanes cross - basically look where you want to go and you will be better balanced. if you look down you won't be able to anticipate when to change direction or adjust speed. its ok if you hear the brake squeeking or groaning.

Normally when you guys go for Practical, do you guys bring just the Training Record Book, along with Helmet and pads? As in, just the Training Record Book is enough, right? Don't need to bring the Motorcycle Rider Handbook?

bring the record booklet,no need to bring guide. And bring receipt

Thanks for the info

And to add in the procedure. Form up 2 rows at the entrance to the course. Check right AND left before moving off. Signal left shld be on. Timing start when u cross yellow line. Do the course in 2nd gear. After enter the course kill signal or will lose points. Just before exit must signal left again. Stop before the entrance to crank course. Crank same procedure... Check back both sides then go in at 2nd gear. Signal no need to kill.

U can start practicals once you get your pdl, if you already got car license you can apply for pdl as soon as you attend circuit training and start practicals
