another DIY session. It's a simple one. Got a pair of electric horns from lab at 16bucks.

Bought 2metres of wires, 4 m6 and 1inch long screws, 4pairs of female connectors and black tape.

Next diy, should be changing to hid's instead of dual headlights. Still considering though. Haven't do my grounding and rewiring yet.

DIY list

1. Volt Meter

2. Air Box Mod

3. Electric Horn

4. Dual Head Light

5. Removing of Mid Pipe's Cat

Is the electric horn louder than stock? If so, how much louder?

For HID, take note that it is not legal to install on vehicles that do not come with HID light as stock. Just letting you know in advance before you decide to donate $$$ to LTA :)

Bro, its okay.. I just got it done when I went down to bike pro.. but like no diff lehh.. im kinda resorting to customizing/cutting my seat and just deflate my tyres a lil... at the current height, im kinda tip-toeing!!

Also checked out motorworld at kaki bukit..they suggested the idea of my getting a new bracket[anyone knows where to purchase such brackets?] and installing it thus lowering it.. which i think would costs lots..

Man... it sure does pay to be short.

Don't mind if I ask... how tall are you?

Cos if I sit it right at the center, I have to raise my heel just a little bit. I'm not exactly tall either.

Piece of advice. Make sure the open end of the horn faces down or backwards. A horn is not a ram air device. :D

At that angle, rain will enter the snail.

thanks for the advise, the relay is provided in the package. It took me the longest time to figure it out. The rest is easy. Difficult to find a spot for the relay, connection wise is idiot proof, just follow the schematic diagram

Try using compressed air to blow the brake dust out from the calipers... see if it helps.

You could try drilling a smaller hole with a tiny drill bit into the broken piece and try to use a screwdriver to remove it.

If it is a plastic screw, use a heated screwdriver to press against the broken piece (make sure its smaller than the broken screw!!!) and melt a groove and using pressure to get the screw out.

Hope it works for you. I have seen bike shops doing this.....:giddy:
