did adjustment on my own...

so far so gd...lol

but still can't beat an Ohlins or Hyperpro full aft market shock...

but of course it an very affordable item compare to the later....

fazer gen 1 quite easy lah....

 

EXUP system is a valve at the exhaust header there...

created 1st by suzuki.....

then yammie join in the fun....

gen1 exup system give prob due to it location....

trp dust & dirt & nt water tight & made of lousy metal....

thus corrison & seizing do occurs....

so do checks to tighten up the cables , make sure dun seize (spray sum lubriciant)or save the trouble, remove the cable open the valve all the way wif cable tie,,,lol

any way removed mine....

 

if toking abt performance ....

then chnage to gen2....

& of course if u do have the $$$$

it nt cheap mate....

y spend the $$ whereby u can use the $$$ to do up yr current ride better ...lol

performance wise gen2 win gen 1 hand dw (stock cond)

pickup & top speed....

but gen1 do have it beauty ....

i love the robust body frame:faint:

& the no frills fork...

And also the previous owner dont really take care of the bike... SAD!!!!

Hmmm... actually was thinking about this also last night... And had the same thinking also... Maybe because of the outlook of the bike, abit dull...

And also the previous owner dont really take care of the bike... SAD!!!!

Gen 1 kena burnt and the frame Kek Teng Teng standing up proudly…. BTW ever heard of the Gen 2 story?

Gen 1 have more user friendly riding posture, comfy seat and quieter, more nice if go for touring setup. Gen 2’s half pass six neither here nor there look make if look abit odd if to set the boxes onto her sexy body.

Gen 2 more aggressive on the riding posture, not so relax posture if go for long ride. She have sharper look though but noisier engine and pipe. Smaller tank capacity too, fuel guzzler. Gen 1 is more easy on drinking the fuel.

 

4D tan too much if kena ok, if not you may even lost the money to upgrade your FZ... HUAT big big for you. That means we will be competing for the 1st prize liao.. let see who win..... at the end S'Pool win the most la.

put installment so nt so hetic....

respray for fazer cheap lah esp gen 1 as nt much parts to spray...lol

top overhual or valve clearance & spray can b done at 1 place...

do sms mi for more details....

Speaking abt all round bike...

Diversion oso nt bad ....
