Like what LollyPoP post, about there...Gen2 FZ1 well known for being batts killer,best to install a volt meter to monitor or buy a batt charger to charge monthly.

Via voltmeter how to see if its time 2 change batt?? i use for 1 yr 7 months liao ( but milage reasonably low coming 21k km)

alamak..dun be disheartened. i just list out the possibilities only. it could be a minor problem for all u know. countyourself lucky...mechanical problem is still considered easy to diagnose.if electrical or electronics lagi headache.

when you see that your rectifier (is it called rectifier?) is not charging while travelling above 2krpm or 3krpm, and your battery is like lower than 12v, and while idling, you notice that your lights are like diming away...

 

i guess is like this ba... anything to add bros? or correct me?

wow... price increase liao... that means other places could be ard $15+k...

for BP, it's consider cheap liao... but u better have the financial to pay them promptly... same goes for any other hire purchase places... BP have no freebies at all, just fyi... other places u still can bargain for freebies thou the bike price is kinda hard to be bargained...

Just A few things to lookout:

-when suddenly ure powerful electric horn sound like bmx bicycle ones

-ure lights become brighter only when u accelerate.

- the signal refuses to lit up or very slow to lit up although its brand new

-frequent stalling while riding short distances

-if have a voltmeter. see that the voltage doesnt go below 12.

-perculiar smell coming out from ure battery when u inspect it.
