hi guyz, heard u guyz is goin to start a MO of fazer polo tee rite? where u guyz ordering from? cause i have done a master copy at JB hoilday plaza, the shop is located at level 1 , the corner shop, not the one under and beside the staircase. i have print (fazer1000 EXUP),(FZ1) logo...just like the original sticker, cause i scan and print out as sticker, then convert to shirt printable sticker...u'll can place or there if u wan...i areadz print 3fazer shirt areadz. the price is about 30-40 RM, depending on the type of logo u choose.

i encountered the same thing too..but only once....i also encounter another thing..when i turn on the ignition switch..there is supposed ot be a self check sound.....rite? but instead i heard a noise....wonder if anyone here heard that before....i kena twice already...

Sian ah me not gettin my bike 2day liao cuz bike shop say my COE juz arrive 2day n they juz send 2 LTA latest wed earliest tues.....

 

Engine die off.......??? Even after ridin 4 20mins....? New bike some more.....?? Wat can b e prob....???

As to Y the bike dies off, it remains a mystery until yammy has the exact solution... meanwhile I feel could be caused by the auto fuel enricher... hahah... but then no worries... no one has died from it yet...

Is it u pump your fuel to the top of the fuel tank?if yes then i advice u dun fill it to the top but only just the brim of the fuel tank.

As for the noise thing wat kinda noise is tat?something like knocking sound or something else pls describe clearly.

Hi MC21,

 

Just the same as wat happen to me... My bike dies off initially when i bought the bike.. Clutch in 2nd gear then the engine dies off.... Even after travelling for a few hour this happen too. At first thought its the idling too low.. But after 3 month encounter problem... My bike dies off when the engine is idling everytime... :giddy:

 

So hav to rev everytime i clutch in to change gear... Hav to do that in the middle of Orchard road can you imagine that!!!!! I was sweating all the way from Far east to Plaza Sing.....

 

So finally decide to send in to HL to check.... Change TPS and now no more problem.....(for around 3 weeks already and keeping my finger cross)

 

As for the noisy sound when you turn on the ignition i think you are referring to the fuel injector.... Its normal to have that kinda sound....

Yep it time to change the TPS. it the same problem as i encounter. yamaha got it fixed by replaceing the Whole trottler body . BUT the problem still not solve cos i encounter the same problem again. now they told me to Change the TPS and it will sovle the problem. When will that end. seem like they have not solve the problem!!!! are we going to pay and pay for the replacement??? i got my first replacement free. wat about now??? rang them up and was told to pay 100++. i don,t mind paying if it solve. but at less give me an warranty. Now sitll having that problem. Sian

 

wat's the difference between the throttler body and the TPS??from wat murphies said..can i assume that the problem lies with the TPS n not the throttler body??wat's the cost of the throttler body n TPS respectively if we r required to paid for it at HL

 

does changing the TPS guarantee a trouble free ride??if so..how come the new fazers are fitted with supposedly faulty TPS when a simple change of TPS could have done the trick??surely something have to be done by HL to correct the fault??do we need to highlight the problem to HL??or they oredi noe but they dun care??

 

lastly..to Pauche..would u have gotten the fazer600 if given the choice again??
