wah see quite a few fz in bikeworkz today.. 1 fz1 with remus and ohlins rear shcoks, 1 very new black fz1, 1 black fz6n with scorpion, 1 blue fz6s2.. i think maybe got somemore but i didnt notice.. belonging to any1 here?

 

 

The New Blackie Is mine..... i was ther too ( The guy wif black shirt and cap wif jeans...lookin like a boy in the shop ) . The FZ1 wif Remus owner wasnt there at tat time while the Two FZ6 riders i dun recogn however how can i miss u with your tip top red FZ6 in the Place. Hhahahhakz......coincidence i guess mybe i went to the toilet or drink milo at the kopitiam .

 

 

But im glad all the Khakiz were ther arnd Evening.....hahahahkz one by one siaa all come......even the Blue lighting came with his 4 wheels - btw Pichu2 & Dolf* thanks for the tips and advise ( * Nice comments btw for my Bike....Honoured by it ---CheeRx Mann )

Yes Bro.... KonSpire indeed the Blackie ther was mine and i did all the mods that i inform u guys Early ( Air Box - Decat - Thermo Rmoval ) total damage less than $150 worth 1/2 the day there. I went to the Pasar the Mornin so cldn't be ther by 1030 so i was there arnd 1145 where the FZ1 with Remus and OHLINS was ther first doink the same mods.....waliaoooo Hhahahahakz.

 

Btw.....Beng say your bike got nice sound liaoo HoWeveR too loud leii.....hehehehikz

just done fixing it up.yeap i put a bit of threadlocker on the screws.aywy the screws are a pain in the arSe to take out. even with a blowtorch. heh. air-box mod done.left wire re-route and stacks! need some help with the re-route though, i dont know where to re-route to! lolz. regarding the stacks, i'm contemplating between a r1 stack or shld i just grab a Grave's stack.

What are the difference to your ride with the flies & stacks, on the performance & petrol consumption?

Did you also install the PC?

 

all these, you will increase your air intake... with better air intake, you can then use a PC to adjust your A/F mixture to get your desired performances... to each, some will like their PC to work at their best ideal performance rating but of cus with better performance, it will not be much of a better petrol consumption... gentle reminder...

 

for me, i go for balanced mapping...

hmmm... re-route... here goes...

 

all you need to do is to make sure that you get rid of all wires going into this hole & the other end of the hole as well...

by laying them from the top of your frame... take note of both side of the wires...

anyway, if i didn't rem wrongly, you will have most or all of your wires coming from one side, try to split them equally into two ends so that you will not cluster f**k everything together...

Well. My bike does seem to be a lemon. Despite the top overhaul, it still wont go over 130MPH. I am very disappointed. The only thing i can think of now is the bike has aerodynamic issues, or the EO has expanded. The EO expanded is most unlikely, since I saw the condition of the EO when the mech top overhauled the bike.

 

Second last resort would be to send the bike to Planet and let him have a full rundown of the bike. I'll do that when i am due for a premature EO change sometime next month, as well as to get my standard mirrors and radiator guards installed.

 

The last resort would be something I am not financially prepared for. A full engine rebuild at Hong Leong. I dont think I can trust the mechanics at Southern with this issue.

 

Or it could have been due to a rather stupid cause, that the Meter itself is malfunctioning. In that case, I will have to get another fellow with a big engine to tail me, and tell me my actual top speed. Or I could tape down my phone to the tank, and turn on the GPS tracking function. I'll try both next week.

yes, i would suggest putting a full day away for all these kind of mods cus i'm a perfectionist when comes to this... dun wish to screw up even a single bit...

slowly do it when music, wind & drink on hand like below... for some like @dolf, he would like to have a beer on hand... hehehehe!
