hi! Just changed my fz6 2006 exhaust to termignoni and with SK silencer. But i still think its quite soft. Not like those 1000c sportbike aftermarket exhaust that kind of loud deep sound. My exhaust only first 3gears quite loud. ride till 70km/h and above like not much sound alr. Is this normal.?

I think on fz6 not as loud as on those ducati leh. ;( hahaa. maybe need to put the plastic cups with string connect to my ear. Cfm damn loud alr.

basically, your exhaust is behind at the tail of the bike, when you increase your speed, u wont get to hear as loud as it is when you are at slow speed.

laymen terms : ur exhaust is facing the back, you are travelling forward, both moving in opposite direction

 

only those behind you can hear your exhaust

yeah, i got that during the anniversary convoy in the basement carpark of the youth dunno what. an FZ6 equipped with yoshi pipes blowing in my face. all the dead flies, mosquitoes come out from the exhaust.......
