oh cool.

anyway the needle problem's solved for now :/

btw ur 125kph is true speed or meter one?

if so i think my meter is really screwed !

can hit 140kph HAHA

My 125kph is true speed. Meter will never exceed 125-130kph. 125kph will haf at least 9.5rpm at the tachometer already.

YenYu,

what sprocket ratio u using? i hit 125 with 15 and 43 before on stock pipe. how the effect on fc and pick up?

and been thru roadblock or stopped by tp yet?

u riding the black and orange rw is it? saw it at cka hq. heard the pipe, damn power

Hey bro! the sprocket i forget the ratio, gotta go check.. Haha. Actually the exhuast onli help minimum only. Mainly the spocket.

F/c depends on how u and the way how u pickup for ur bike. For pickup, i dont feel much different compare to a normal stock one. Maybe minimum difference lo. But sound is super power :)!

I always try to siam roadblock one. Never been through any roadblock before. Haha!

Never get stop by tp or rov before when they drive pass mi. Cos i ride slowly and normally. I dont speed either lol.

I've send my bike for some service at hq before. Mine is black colour only.

Gonna add belly pan soon!! Cheers! :D let's make a meet-up or outing for rw riders!

Can any one help on this? y some times it starts very easily and y some times its so troublesome? I was really upset with this starting problem this morning and end up reaching office late.

my engine dies when revved more than 3k...even while riding. could it be the carburetor ?

mine will die when the engine is cold,

like when u turn the throttle too fast from idling rpm.

when the engine warms up. its okay alr.

Still its better to check it out

apparently all of you do not know how rw carb works.

did u read the owner's manual on how to start rw's engine (summer)?

if the first n second press(es) start engine button failed to start the engine then do this:

open the throttle 1/8~1/4 position, hold it and press the start engine button.

do not, i repeat do not twist mid~full throttle more than a few times.

if u did, carb accelerator cam will actuate the spray pump n spray more fuel into the engine thus flooded the engine will fuel. it will be difficult to start the engine.

u need to wait a few minutes to allow the fuel to vapourise b4 trying to start the engine again.

u need to warm up for a couple of minutes b4 moving off.

throttle at 2,000 rpm for two minutes to warming up.

is an owner's manual also a shop manual or a different thing?

owner's manual is to let the owner know how to operate/maintain the bike.

service manual is for servicing the bike in details, means it will shows all parts dimension with tolerances, how to disassemble n assemble with tightening torques for all bolts n nuts. how to troubleshoot electrical/electronic components with specifications.

sad to say, all bike shops in sillypore dun use service manuals for references.

parts r eyeball even cka or any other brands authorized/agent shops like yama, suzu, kawa, honda dun use measuring tools, simply replace parts as they suka.

dun trust any mechs in sillypore or malayais, even if they r from authorised agents/shops.

trusting them will put u in bigger s.h.i.t.h.o.l.e.

trust no one but yourself, best if u can do it by yourself.

i totally agree on this. if ur still new to bikes and a little under experienced when u go to those cheapo bike shops, they'll most probably try to con u by asking u to change unnecessary parts..best if u start getting 2 know ur bike..i still have way lots to learn though:faint:
