i personally service mi TA 200 @ AS Phoon before and the ppl there is quite honest leh. But like wat i said, i service mi bike there, not bought mi bike so there may be a difference.

Went to cancel my insurance 2 months ago but till now haven't settle wor... Need so long meh?

 

Bought my 1st KTM from them... It sucks.... They say will change this and that but end up never change also... After 3 months I gave them back that sucky bike.

Aftersales service is good tho their bikes are more on the pricy side and interest is abit higher. but what matters most is that they the service sticks with you. its very important that if you have any problems not with the bike, but with the policy and rebates and such, they are very willing to help. i bought by bike from 2B to CL2 all from there (upp changi branch), no complaints... and its also important that you know 2 person there, Mark (retail sales) and Wilson (overall in charge)... these two person promise wad they preach.

Micmista: the insurance rebates will take a bit long. its been 2mths also, and i'm still waiting

I dunno how is this shop.. but jus can tell u my experiene with ASPHOON.

 

1) Spec III i bought from them, why? cuz they offer the highest rate in eating in my phantom. ask those shop... e.g. bike prod, mah, lee

 

2) Hayabusa i bought from them, why? cuz they offer the lowest price of all shops that i've been to ask abt haya. shop that i've ask... e.g speedway, albert, southern, mah, loois.

 

 

so i dun need to say good or not.. up to u all to decide

actually not true... i was surveying for a ta150 when the guy at L*ong S*ng ask i wanna try anot... so wad da hell.. juz tried it and said i'll think abt it later...

Some branches can try lo like changi branch but all are 'chopper'... i bought Sp for 5k in the yr 2002 ... mech also not veri good.. The way they serve is like F***ing attutide.(Refer to Changi branch). And the accessories they sellin is x lo...

two mths back went to changi branch asp...quote me 3.9k otr for fu plate ta200...heng nvr buy..got a fv plate for 2.6k from bike prod...the mileage 19k vs the one at changi 25k

got quoted a wave s, fx plate for 2.4k (includes 3rd party ins, 2nd hand box, pipe change to stock)

interest at 9% n downpay of only 500....ok or not?

i dun think tis is completely true i bought my sp at serangoon branch got to try lar but onli in the back lane so actually got to touch it better then nthing ...... FR plate price quite reasonable....get a lot of free gift and change socket n chain , brake pad..... quite ok lar at 2.6k on the road

huh brother interest 9% le.. tat too much le lo... highest i ever came is only 7% .. dun think is wise to buy from themm.. maybe u should go bike production and take a look

this shop funny one, at serangoon. say reloan 10k very little, so interest must 7%.

then go changi one, 6%. wtf. anyhow do business...haiz....
