Irregardless of price just base on these two, I will take CTR anytime.

CTR is freaking easy to upgrade for its power and handling enhancement. The driving pleasure is huge even without a force induction ! CTR inherented daily driving fun and trackday ready.

Resale is excellence.

Actually for the CTR there are two model, one from the UK while other from Japan. KM will be bringing in the UK version which I had attached as a link, the japan is a 4 door FD version which some of the local PI will be bringing in.
