Having had a long talk with Stan and Bro these 2 days have made me come to a decision.

 

Biking is something that will stick with me forever. And trying different bikes is something I wanna do. As I prepare to view a DRZ today, these are some of the thoughts that had went thru my mind.

 

No doubt Super 4 is a fantastic street bike. A bike so versatile that we can mod it to a bike with fairing or a scram lookalike with the long handle bar or even a fazer 6 wannabe by putting 3 boxes.

 

But Super 4 is a bike I can ride when I am 30-40 years old. Right now, between 20-30, if I have the chance to ride a R6 or a DRZ400sm, and I don't take it, I will sure regret it when I have children next time and have to drive instead.

 

Like what Fazli said, MONEY CAN ALWAYS BE EARNED BACK ANOTHER DAY. If you think you can handle the payment of a bike that you have been wanting to ride, DON'T WAIT.

 

But before you make any big decisions, do consult seasoned bikers like Stan, WQ, CH and CS for opinions. We are really blessed to have them with us.

GO GET THAT R1.

 

You can ride Super 4 when you set up a shop in Kulai next time.

 

how true man. actually now is the time to buy and play like there's no tomorrow. because being a student means your time is flexible and you can afford to go offroad/track/touring every weekend. not when u have commitment (job, family) then u start to play.

 

what's stopping me is the pinch. i dun wana give tuition 3 times a week just to keep my bike afloat. the feeling sux.

 

and i wana concentrate on my gyming now too.

bro.. i second that... nothing brings you down more when you have to spend

your life thinking of "what ifs" .. and regretting to do wad you wanted to

when you're still young.. and to think of it.. if ure only getting a class 2

when ure financially sound.. who wants to ride an R1 when ure already 30-40

and tied down with family commitments..hahah.. the youth factor isnt there

anymore..

 

but at the same time.. wadeva is it.. still have to balance your cashflow... no

point getting a class 2 and turning into a whore for your bike.. working day

and night..i u think that ure cashflow is liquid enuf.. then go get it bro!

 

or.. u can just subride's any of ur fren's bike.. and offer to pay sum expenses.

where else can you indulge your life:

 

scolding people for no reason..

waltz up to cookhouse for free food (although not the least temptin)

spend the day in company office to play PS2

enjoy a good game of billiard at mess

end the dinner with a good swim

 

and get paid for that.??
