stock drz can hit 160-170km/h and can cruise comfortably at 130-140km/h on NSHW. I'm sure you know that, so why need 6th gear?

 

yeah bro.. my group had two drzs going on the nshw.. i think they rode like 150 constant.. salute!.. even so,.. both of them had a back ache halfway thru.. :)

been wanting to do sum leaning but just cant find the time and commitment.. due to sch and work..

i used to read a lot when i first started at sec 4...then stopped reading when i find that all books teach the same things.

 

But i started reading more recently because there are more variation of exercises evolve time to time. Especially the regime, diet and nutrition. and i need to break my plateau also.

 

So it's not just what you do, also how you do, when you do, how fast you do, how heavy you do, etc.

i still in the midst of planning. Currently i'm going 4 times a week, about 2hrs each time.

 

but holidays i wana go 5-6 times a week, 1.5hr each.

 

seriously very difficult to explain, and i still quite newbie with regards to bodybuilding. Last time just go gym wack and do whatever i like.

 

so dun be lazy! go read up more!

seriously i duno. haha. i'm new to supplements. I only started taking last year because i have always been against supplements because i'm afraid of side effects. I just rely on the food i eat to ingest enough proteins.

 

but apparently there's none. Or so i hope. :cheeky:

start by avoiding oily, fried food. Restrict them to 1-2 times a week. Go for soupy, less starchy food. Food made of complex carbo will make you fuller than simple carbo because it digest more slowly. Simple carbo will cause ur insulin level to surge very fast. All whole grain stuff are complex carbo.

 

run about 1-2times a week, at least 30mins. Distance is not an issue, time is, just don't stop running halfway. But 30mins should be able to cover at least 5km. Body starts burning fats after around 20mins, but dependent on when was the last time you had your last meal.

 

It takes certain level of discipline to reduce and maintain the waistline u desire. :thumb:

Yup, training at west area(most likely gombak) after intern at tuas. i hope i can make the greatest change in this 3 mths holiday.

 

eh you intern at tuas?! damn den its a waste not to go to the tuas track during lunch....everyday

I used to take weight gainer...but heck i juz cant put on weight...so i accept the fact tat my body is this type....there is a term for it rite? eat all i want n never grow fat?
