Harley riders only afraid of itchy hand, oily finger...that will scratch their paint work, blur their chrome, throttle to choke their crab , other than that, they can talk to you for three days three nights like long loss bro over bike stuffs...eg, where they buy these, why this paint work, feel like doing these and that if got money, whats their next project and hell lots of harley shitty...and prepare to get poison when they fire it up.

i didn't ask him exactly over the phone though, just mentioned that i have a 2004 model and he just the ones he have doesn't fit.

hehe, u cant like that say. i still meeting up n making new frens thru this forum. different riders got different ideas to their bikes, so its nice to sit down wif them n listen wat ideas they got for their bikes. and its a good source for bike tips, knowledge n good finds. esp when every harley owner got so many spare parts, u never know if u will need them n can buy fr them.

 

so mak, feel free to ask me for coffee. always willing to share/exchange knowledge n ideas will fellow riders.

just wondering ive just took out my xr1200, in the first refill i managed to get 16km per liter

 

 

now after changing the pipe im only getting 12km to the liter!!?

its damn guzzling sia... when i asked the dealer, a salesmen told me that its due to the high performance pipe, but its only a slip on not a full system termiginoni pipe... then what do u think could be reason of the sudden fuel drinking habit? the tank is only 13Liter so go malaysia also no point

I'm not sure if Power Commander would help.. But you can ask those who did or Google it..

I seriously wish i can help but my knowledge is limited....you can go to this website to see if the ang mo have any better suggestions, usually they dare to experiment with their bikes more than we do..i get alot of information from there

when i was riding my xl883, stock i got fr the bike was abt 24km/l, even wif change of ignition module, coil, mikuni 42hsr carb, hypercharger n pipes, i can still get 20km/l. its only after i change to bolt-in cams, it drop drastically to 17km/l.

 

maybe a reason for ur high FC, could be u still running in the bike, so u cant really get it up to cruising speed.

 

i find that now harley is running wif efi, fuel efficiency should be better, but on my 06 dyna, i am only doing only 14.5km with stock pipes. a power commander could help in the fuel consumption. but i havent got it fixed yet. hope the pc can solve some of the heat problem too.
