any idea if they still stock the black color scheme for the '06 model? cause the '07 one if having the red flames and not to say that its not nice, but it's simply too aggressive for me :cheeky:

OTR is dependent on your insurance (Your age, NCB if any). Machine price should be about $22K - $22.8K

I suggest you make a trip down to each of the dealer to have a clear breakdown of the bike purchase package each could offered.

Presently, I have not heard of any parallel importer bringing Kawasaki ashore yet. However, popularity for this make is growing at an atonishing rate in the local biking community.

Kawasaki is becoming a dominant trend and standard setter for motorcycle design since the introduction of ZX-6R back in 2003.

The 04/05 ZX-10R stamped its authority in the 2004 & 2005 Master Bike shootout.

ZZR-1400 raised the bar further up the pole for the hypersport category. Despite its ferocious appearance, it is super duper easy to ride and handle. (Neo can back this up)

The up-coming 1400GTR Concour is set to lead the sport tourer pack to a new frontier.

I can't wait to get my hands on the Versys!

You wouldn't believe me when I tell you this, but riding the ZX10 after getting off the ZX14 is like getting off a pony and onto a raging bull. If it were in car terms it would be getting off a Bently and into an F1 car.

Kawasaki wanted to build bikes to dominate each and every category, and I guess this is exactly what they've achieved.

The models we get in sg don't have the SE flame decal set, just black/ebony. Dunno if there's any more black ones in stock though. Btw i think all we have are still the '06 models.

Volcano, yes supercorsa pros. These are the Dragon supercorsas though, not the new diablo supercorsas. Still got old stock of the dragons for which the pricing has dropped.

Neo did you try an '04/05 or '06?

Ok set, Sunday morning to the track, weather permitting of course.

2004 I guess. Volcano's ex-bike.

Yeahh the 04/05s are a little more hairy-chested than the 06/07 models. The newer models are alot smoother though.

hi bro suix..will head dwn to track soon.still waiting for mi master pump to come by n nid to invest in full suit thou.ke,ke,ke....btw,i hv install APE manual cam tensioner.it work wonders man.go to http://www.aperaceparts.com its e must for track goers..ride it hard guys.

That is quality stuff. What I understand is that our 10R does not have problem with the stock auto adjuster. Read some where that the stock one on Suzuki are poor and hence they are likely to have this item on their Suzuki's.

Tightening the cam chain is not as simple as tighting our drive chain. Most of the riders out there don't even know the correct method of tightening their chain let alone the cam chain.

It is very easy to overtighten the cam chain and this will result in engine failure.

It will serve you well if you know how to and when to.

BTW, where did you get this sweet stuff from? Tachyon Motor (Ah Tak) is the official dealer for APE in Singapore.

Meet up some time kopi. It been awhile since we last met.

True . . . and you are so fortunate to have the luxury of switching between the 2s.

Poor us . . . .:(

Actually i hardly ride luanne's bike, and she's only ridden mine like 2-3 times. We both prefer our own 10s.

How on earth do you guys ride your ZX10R legally on the streets?

I feel like I'm gonna loose my licence real soon if I ride it often...

guess raining weather causes me to ride legally...

Luanne lowsided coming out of turn 5 today, she's alright just got some rash on her elbow and limping about.

More importantly, the champ sliders really did their job especially considering the bike slid for at least 50 meters according to her. I'll be ordering a new set for her, Joe is interested in a set too. Anybody else wanna order?
