One of the old birds here fix wif H&B. His bike is blue in color.

Oh yeah its a Chinese guy rite bro.. if i dun remember wrong, i does look quite good rite. i think for our side boxes is abt 40L. But of coz it depends on the color of the bike though.

going to get married in May...

so yah..lots of precautions need to look out..

 

btw, park my bike at gangsa..

i put parking coupon..

but when i came back, coupon is gone..

tot it flew off..but i rmbr clipping it on the tank..

then i realise, i parked at the previous owner neighbourhood..

hmm....just 1 blk away..

could it be......???

Hey guys. I believe some of you have change your timing chain. May I know what you all change exactly? The chain only or with the tensioner?

Hello Bros, Gd Afternoon,

Need to ask for advice, What kind of full servicing that we need to do on our bike when reached 100,000km mileage. Besides engine oil, timing chain, coolant ehich i am going to do, anything else i should look out for? Any idea how much would be the price? i hope wont cos a bomb...

My opinion is to change the whole set. chain, slider and tensioner.

bro go to motortiam and just ask them to re fiber yr side box.. its better then geting new ones and i also think its very difficult ppl selling the side box..

 

if there are any zamani will long time grab it...

Hey Bro,I replaced my tensioner back in Sept '07 for $100 (Tensioner & Gasket $76 + Labour).

 

Timing Chain replacement back in Mar '08 for $340 (inclusive injectors & fuel pump servicing and TBS).

Parts replaced includes : Tensioner gasket, Timing chain, Pulsar oil gasket and Coolant.

This process is quite expensive as it's labour intensive.The mechanic gotta dismantle a lot of things before he can gain access to the timing chain.Gotta leave bike there for 2-3 days.
