bottomline is how u discipline yourself and how hard u turn your throttle...as long u gradually turn up to 4k n shift up and dont go over 100km/hr you should save petrol...dats how i attained my 52 or 54..

That is very hard to control discipline below 100km/h bcoz the bike stability & when somebody blowing their exhaust around.

if u want to feel the wind..with thunder sound coming from aftermarket exhaust..just need to spend more money on petrol.

So if u want to save on petrol, guess u should just follow what bro Andrew says..î„…

Don't forget to check tyre pressure and don't pillion anyone cause it will contribute to ur fuel consumption as well...

I saw a second hand FJR at Asphoon Toh Guan... you can try to ring them up for more details. Not sure which year model it is... I just went to pay my installment and happen to catch a glimpse of it...

the 2nd fjr you show me also quite exp and non nego

the 3rd fjr its sold last 2 week

 

i viewed them before i sold my bike

Oh... you're so unlucky. I just called Asphoon and I spoke to the dealer and he says that the bike has just been sold. It is '01 model anyway. He has agreed to help to source for second hand FJR, I told him at least '04 model and above. He will get back to me as I told him that I am helping my friend. You can just pm me and I will give you his contact. Better for you to deal with him directly. He is a very nice person. I am not sure if I should disclose his name here... later I kena flame for advertising for their business... haha.

Hi bros, my buddy juz sold his 08 FJR Black to Loois today, bike shud b up for sale by nxt wk.. Mileage is less than 50,000km n bike is in good condition n accident free.. Front springs n rear shocks already upgraded to OHLINS (Less than a year old).. Basically its a trouble free bike n he had maintain it religously.. Sold it to shop coz he didnt want to wait for private buyer as he's upgrading to another bike...

Niwae im not advertising for e shop coz i dun earn anything by doing that.. Juz hoping that e bike will land up in e hand of a good n responsible owner.. Btw my buddy whom had it is a 50 yrs old guy n didnt ride e bike recklessly..
