Trouble is that it's designed to mount to the inverted fork triple clamps on the Kawa Z1000 (which is why the Z750 one is different) and also needs the kawa electronic speedo unit otherwise it'll look crap anyway.

haha.. I'm usually at work around or before 8am and I check Sgbikes first thing. =p

it's not all that different (in appearance) but the mount is slightly different as far as I'm aware sure to the forks and triple clamps being different on the two Z's. It's not simply strapped onto the forks like those on scramblers etc.

anyway the guy with the CBR-929 I want has gone MIA so I'm not sure what's happening now. There are a few others for sale but none that I want coz they all have way too high mileage and or have been dropped/resprayed etc.

:((

Going away for the long weekend and will think more about selling my Z next week when I return.

Both of those bikes are a bit cramped for me (184cm) and I do intend to go Sepang as soon as I get the chance.

Actually considering I ride a sonic daily I guess I can't say that any bike it too small can I.

:p

In all honesty I want, crave, need more power...

haha.. I WISH

same amount of power as the Z1000 is just nice but with a sports bike frame and weight etc.

CBR-929, 954 is my fave choice right now.

certainly looking 2nd hand and dun wanna spend a fortune (bike shops always charge too much)

Just gotta be patient and hope the 929 dude calls me.

04R1 is also a bit too nice and exp for me to risk scratching up.

2001/2002 model sports bike will be just nice.

In my opinion if you're riding a new 04 model 1000cc sports bike you had better be doing friggin fast laps or you look like a wally.

All the gear and no idea.

=p

dun want that to be me.

Aiyah... My original intention is to ride FZ6 for 3yrs until I hit the cheapest insurance bracket... But the more I think of it the more the FZ1 + H&B pannier image comes to mind... FZ is a fun bike and the 1000 looks so much fiercer... Anyhow, me very subtle... Not quite fierce enough for the bike... Might as well stay with FZ6...
