Anyone can recommend a very good cover for the bike if it park it outdoors. Deciding to ride it once or twice to my camp @ changi. Seldom rains but I need a canvas that really keeps the water out.

Dun get the sx just for the boxes. U can always install side panniers on any naked if u want. Also, thr are alot of GOOD sports tourers out thr. (vfr, busa, fjr, zx14 etc). They can be had for cheaper used.

 

If u get the sx, let it be for how its tuned, but with a ferring.

 

Of all the bikes you mentioned, I only like the pre-2010 VFR. The new one looks really hideous. I don't know what they were thinking when they were desigining it.

 

Ok lah, I don't think I'll get the SX. I prefer something with less hassle, naked and streamlined. But I suffer by carrying haversack .. to think of it, I've been doing this for more than 3 yrs!

My fav is Shark. Super comfy n gd value for money compared to Arai or Shoei. But really depends on ur head shape la. Go try try.

I just got a OKADA or sumthing one from boy boy... not the $15 kind one... thicker and heat resistant. Below or like spandex and 2 pairs of holes to lock your canvas to prevent canvas theft. My oxford one got stolen while used on my bike... pple open the canvas... outraged my Z... and take her clothes.... how cruel....

Hit reserve is not dry tank mah... Reserve at least 2L. So 150km use 13L. That's min of 11.5km/l. Which still sounds abit jialat... Anyone can confirm?
