The gasket needs replacement as there is oil weeping near where the headers are located. But since the gasket is getting replaced, might as well do the valve clearance. That's why we ordered the full set

Full service done, buttleflies removed and bellypan installed. Not worth selling the bike anymore.

 

Got more than half a bottle/barrel of engine ice if anyone is interested. Flushing and filling only used ~30%

TB & injector cleaning

Valve clearance with some shim replacement (only a few slightly out of spec)

Engine Ice

Denso irridium

Secondary flies removal

 

+ others

 

So not sure which gives the "feeling". Probably placebo effect haha

I was with AXA, agent is Anda. Currently I'm with NTUC income, as AXA don't cover my bike, but it's cheaper than when I was with AXA on Z1000
