hi yixi_31, i got my sliders from motrax33, its a full set of "motovation" sliders.

 

just enjoy your new ride, but got 2 just relax on the throttle a little until u get used 2 it. i was also previously riding a phantom.

KOPI SESSION on 02/03/2006 Thurday

Place: KKFC

Time:2000hrs(8pm)

Program: After our kopi session around 10pm+ we will be going to jb fueling petrol.... For those who wan to join us go jb fueling do remember to bring ur passport along.......Dont care u riding small bike or big bike all are welcome for the KOPI SESSION!!!!!!

Just a kind reminder, check engine oil, coolant water, signals & brake lights before you move off from bike shop.

 

And let the engine run idle at neutral for 2 minutes for the engine oil to run through the engine system :cheeky:

 

Some may have different style to break-in engine for a new bike, but I recommemd you try not to hit above 4000rpm from 0 to 800km mileage.

 

Side stand must be up before you kick in 1st gear, or else the engine will cut off itself for safety reason.

 

There will be an english manual of the Z1000, read it through, its good for you.

can get your frame sliders, swingarm sliders, fork sliders & engine case sliders for the bike. look for alvin from motovation, he has all the items.

the installation will take around 15-20min, met alvin at K&T at ubi 2 get it fixed.

this morning just chatted with an ang moh on a red FZ plate viffer at traffic light along bencoolen street also....

he: how many cc huh?

me: 1000cc

he: wah! this bike got 1000cc ah?

he: how much is it?

me: $20k

he: oh ok

My pillion Zed guarantor also surprise got ppl come to me & chit chat about the Zed, poor she doesn't know much about bike so just stand a side while we chat. :cheeky:

 

After that she ask me why got ppl come to me & talk about my bike, is this bike really that powerful? :confused:

 

To make it simple for her, I said: "because its green!" :angel:

I got mine MOTOVATION engine-sliders @ sgd90 from this guy Aric @ 97886819 in AMK but self-collect & fixed!! :goodluck:

 

Will be getting my ERMAX bellypan fixed @ Motoworld tomorrow a.m I think..:thumb: :thumb:
