hello all.

anyone know where i can get a service repair manual for the z thou?

soft or hard copy...

I think one of the avenue is that you can get from the internet. They will ship to you for a price.

Have you tried Evershine yet?

Can check with the bros here - they are clearing the old (current) Kawasaki Z750S. Is it a good bike to buy? Performance only slightly inferior to the Z1000. Comments would be appreciated.

bro, just ge the zed and forget everything else... haa..but i would consider the fazer 1N model as well.... price is a lot cheaper than the thou, but the performance wise is only slight slower in terms of torque..... nice bike but the blings lose out compared to the bigger brother.... :goodluck:

The good deal will be:

1) Meng Tong at Looi's motor (Kaki Bukit area)

2) Ah Siong at Unity (Bukit Merah area)

3) Alex at Motor Factor (Ubi area)

I think you have heard of them before. Throughout a year of checking out places, looking out for friends recommendation, so far these people are very good/skill at servicing kawasaki bikes = no headache

But one of the downside is that most probably you will have to queue for their services, even have to let them know few days in advance.

No, I don't think the guys here visit evershine for maintenance often, never heard of that before.

Although they may not have stock-up parts, Ah Siong & Alex can do the ordering for you, like brake-line or air filter

Hope these info helps you

I don't have solid info for 750 but I just give some recommendation

The 750 is a great bike, the majot issue is spare parts, if you can wait, then it shouldn't be a big problem

Really appreciate the comments from bros Ah Fai, Spyke and Dr Evil. I may be getting a TDM instead. Heard that getting parts and repairs can be a major problem for the Z.
