MSS Round 2 - South Track

when i was watching race 2 SBK st turn 9, i saw Karl De Souza(supersport open competitor).

 

i asked him about the overall results.....and this is how we answered.

"Max, Italian 1st, Preetham, India 2nd, Nils, Norway 3rd, myself(Karl), GBR, 4th, Steven Ong, MY 5th......all the singapore riders were very slow and far away from the pack." ****er said it in a sarcastic way.

 

As soon as my collar recovers, this KNN MF CB is going down.

Hmmm.. Black Flag?? DQ?? Seems like too many Q unanswered..

 

OK Guys here it goes..

 

Yes i was Black Flagged and disqulified for Race 2.. Dis is due to me Jump Start the Race 2 and did not see the "Pitlane Drive-Thru" penalty board which was shown to me at the Start/Finish Line..

 

I totally did not see any penalty board till i saw the black flag with #46 on it at all turn.. Then onli i raised my hand, slowed down, stop racing and proceed back to the pit..

 

It was a waste coz i managed to lead the Novice group and also was holding 5th in the race but ALSO a very good lesson learned.. Only thing in my mind everytime i passed the straight was, "Where is the front Guys?".. hehehe..

 

However, i paid a hefty fine $$$$ for dat.. More expensive than parking on a double yellow line..

 

Overall im not really very upset in Round 2 coz i still manage to score full 25points in Race 1 and manage to reach my personal target of 1.08..

 

Apart from the DQ the bike and tyres was fantastic.. Thank you Metzeler and Unity Motor for dat..

 

To the rest of SG boys dat got some bad lucks dis round 2, take it easy guys.. Its a VERY GOOD Lesson learned and try to prevent it from happening again..

 

To Thamu (Supersport #34) well done for the Podium finish.. Bad Luck Round 1 and never give up spirit in Round 2.. Dats the spirit..

 

To Milton Poh (Superbike #71) Congrats for your podium finish in the Superbike Open Class.. Guess u have warmed up liao since round 1..hehehe..

Most of the Singapore entree's are Novices this year for goodness sake..

 

Plus i know there is pride to uphold..but when i fell on Race 1 i was

DAMN piss wit my mistake to push the tires..

But after a while i laugh abt it..& to think that i was really lucky to walk away from the crash & still go for Race 2..

We're there to get some racing experience & have fun...(PERIOD)

let not make this battle ground to have fun into a blood sport arena..

WIN/LOSE we Singapore Boys will always go out in STYLE!!!

Need he say more? Of cz it’s tha Haircut! AND the paintwork, AND the tender loving care wash of his inner liner. All those had a power-up effect which cld supposedly make him 2 secs faster!!

 

Tha hair dye on tha nite b4 tha race was tha finale. Diagnosis tests show tat tha act was suppose ta make him fly on tha track. But I guess Alvin was too overwhelmed & fascinated by tha newly discovered power from all tha nitty gritties tat he didn’t anticipate tat piece of stupid fairing layin’ on tha track.*LOL* But he was distinctively faster than usual on Fri & Saturday.
