Great. From time to time I try to feed the strays I see but always get those disapproving looks. But I will still do it. Cats also wants to live and not just humans.

I think most people wont lend but rather give and write it off.

If a stranger (foreigner) passerby asks you to help him/her with some $ so that he/she can find a place to stay over while he/she contacts a 'local' friend, and promises to return you, would you lend?

 

Less than 5 dollars should be ok.
