Ya, it is always the same bike moving around! Maybe cause the new DNA is only in 50cc, welcome to the forum Tony.

Just did some research on the history of Gilera, apparently they were a very famous racing bike maker in the 50's-60's, but sold the company off to Piaggio.

Cheers.

BTW, Spider, remember those Posh handle bars you bought? How much ah? Want to change the DNA ones, as they are scratched up on the edge, and I want to change to gold colour ones...

Tony, do meet up for gatherings with the other dudes here if you're free.. You'll deffro gain more... Plus its a nice feeling to be with a bunch of rare bikes.. :thumb:

Spidey>> LUCKY I DIDN'T JIO YOU ALL GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Cos I reckon I'll need some time to tune my bike, so I'll rather not be the burden of the outing...)

If not, I'll be the sinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cos I went nevertheless, and guess what??? There's the Johore series going on.. And there's me with my 125Z and my suit in my bag lookin like a complete fool turning up at the track.. hahaha. With so many pro riders with 125Zs there, I just turned back and run buay hu... haha.. Kudos to niterider78 for waiting for me to get my bike done up and rushing there, only to return home 'empty-handed'..

Cheers all DNA dudes!!!!! chILL!!!!!

Whoa! 8500 RPM?! By the way, anyone got any Part Time job lobang? No CPF of course, or donate to a "help a Gilera DNA" foundation, your contributions will go towards pimping my ride...

Cheers

All played a part lor.. The portings are monstrous.. Quite radically done.. Match to the powerband of the pipe. Pipe also very high revvy.. Measured to peak at 11600rpm (actual rpm, so might be 12000 on the clocks).. Big pwk (compared to stock) and without airbox helps to kill any little bit of bottom end left... And of course last but not least, the lack of powervalve in a 125Z also contributed.. ha.

Bro, you gotta set up a 1900-HELP-DNA hotline what.. Plus you gotta start learning and performing those circus cum ironman stunts.. Then you'll get response for your "Help A Fellow DNA" campaign.. And of course, you'll start raking in big money for pimping up your ride.. And yes, Gold (coloured) Handlebars too. haha
