Hi all, I have for your consideration a vintage sidecar motorbike for sale.

 

This bike is 100% LTA approved passenger sidecar. What this means is that you can ferry passenger in your side car not like some sidecar you see on the roads that can only be used for commercial purpose..aka ice cream seller bike. Also the bike passes inspections without any problems, no need to dekit etc.

 

Bike is in good condition..can just buy and ride. Excellent for bringing the kids for a ride, doing grocery shopoing or just bring the dog to the beach.

It's quite clear cut that this bike can only sit 2 (Rider + Passenger) but for other side bikes I see on the road, they seem to be able to sit 3?? i.e. Rider + Back Pillion + Seated Passenger??

3 people on a motorcycle with sidecar is illegal. Only one person is allowed to sit in sidecar and no pillion allowed for such cases.

Ya..only can sit 2 person...either one on side car and one rider or one rider and another pillion at the back

This bike can pillion passenger at the back of rider..got space...but I'm not sure if 2 humans and one pet dog/cat in sidecar is legal or not hehe

Hi everyone..thanks for all the kind words on the bike and thanks for all the offers...Just an update for those guys that came to view the bike.. I have just sent in the bike for inspection personally.. No problem at all to pass inspection except this time round the 'inspector' insist that i remove the heat wrap from the exhaust. Last year when i sent it in there was no such requirements at all...well i guess much has changed in that one year. Anyway im still keeping the wrap..so to those of you who are interested u can just fit it back...and also change the rear light bulb...something else that was picked up by the inspector hehe..

Not possible la bro. .because the bike is registered as a passenger sidecar. .I'm sure u can take the sidecar off but u can't ride it on the road..illegal..but y would u want to just buy the bike?its a sidecar that makes it unique. .
