get ur dream bike..

dun regret later..

wanted to get mito, but there weren't any good sales when i wanted one..

so i settled for my 2nd choice.. after i got my rs125 everyone wanted to sell their mitos.. sigh..

but now the relationship between me n my rs is improving graduallly as i understand the bike more day by day heh

get the tzm.. maintenance wise is still affordable so i don't see why not..

theres a couple of ft or fs plates on sale

u say go for ur dreams.. u see d next person say tzm old bike.. dis is wat many of my frens say.. dats wat is stopping me.. ahakz. so stil nt sure..

lets just say u get a lousy tzm, which i doubt it'll be that bad since u have riding experience and given that u know about bikes u can check for:

- stock parts?

- valve

- brakes

- wirings

- cosmetics

- a lil about engine

what i'll suggest is, if u're paying in full, pay 70% of the amount. than tell the seller the rest of the 30% would be a form of warranty. shall the bike give u any unknown problems than deduct the repairs from there.

like i was saying, even if u get a lousy tzm, overhaul, rewirings, valve etc would not be expensive(as compared to mitos and rs). furthermore it would be much cheaper if u do it in jb too..

ya.. gilera is too common nowadays.. but there are substantial reasons to believe why too.. cos its fast, convenient, low maintenance and whole loads of stuffs u can mod with it

i alwys see it as a problematic bike.. esp d starter.. dunno why la.. most of my frens got problem wit it. Not all la. ahakz.. but ya.. no matter wat.. wen we own sumthng we tend to love it regardless of d flaws.. but wen have sold it away or wat.. we will bring up all d negative things abt it.. haha

am riding a rs125 too.

so it makes 2 person that she have offended :X

i also went for my dream bike, although the parts are not cheap, but i guess it makes me treasure it more, makes me want to take care of it more.

I hope you don't get turn off by hear says, like what i heard when people said alot about aprilia bikes being problematic, i was stubborn and got myself one, i have never regretted my decision till now :)

it gives me extra joy and pride, because it is the first vehicle i own, under my name, and is a bike i loved.

it gives me the extra drive to go wash my valve and carb even when i am tired. it gives me extra motivation to slowly clean my chain and lub it regularly.

Ride your passion as much as your wallet allow :)

starter motor can be serviced,

by replacing a new carbon brush and derusting of the insides.

or alternatively it can be bought from scrapyards.

and there is always the option to push start the bike :cheeky:

need meh? no need la.. haha

anyway the mNm selling his ft plater.. not a bad buy considering his engine is new.. if the price can be bargained to 3-3.2 than can seriously consider haha
