yup.. i juz changed my tires to tubeless battlex at wingyap(amk) last sat.. much much more stable as compared to the stock tubed tires.. more stable but top speed dropped coz tires r heavier..lol..

Eh, u using stock tires? with tube? if so might wanna change soon to sports rims with tubeless - Safer also!

 

If want to change, change to good tires like dunlop tt900/ battlex, made in japan lagi better, dun like me go change some cockster made-in-thailand brand, front tire can lak seh (drop color) wan...

You guys should train yourself to be desensitized to all this koteks on the road... by going to jln besar and serangoon road everyday like me.... Desensitized but always alert. You never know which vehicle is out to kill you there any time of the day.

i went to petrol kiosk pump petrol and air...

 

there was an R1 before me.. pumping air also.

 

but strangely, he pump only 9 PSI for his rear tyre...

 

i was VERY shocked but never say anything....

 

is this normal?

that time i just bought my x1r, dun even noe its stock tubed tires. thereafter 1 day ponchet i din check (Sorry instructors!) long pang my gal just go!!!

 

some more go @ > 80km/hr!?!?!? after a while i realise something not right coz when i try to turn can feel wobbling. Past experience from street biking tells me tire gone liao. Tot too soft or what. Stopped @ road side and holy sh!t! tire ponchet!?!? my gal take bus i push to kiosk pump air no air, so call for service (not tow) hence the lak seh tubeless tires...

 

THe service is (almost) immediate one, he come down fix tire there and then, no need to wait for tow/ one day or two. only thing tire cmi.

 

Bottom line, next time call tow go back and service with good tires.

AND!!! If ever ur tire ponchet and u feel like exercising - pushing it, at least power on still can throttle to ease the pain! toopid me push all the way with brute force! :faint:

Uncle Sammy lead the way! got 1 TP encik riding in front of me, ALL THE CARS GUAI GUAI! I just follow behind happily when traffic junction stop, he look at my bike for a while, i just smiled @ him coz i noe nothing wrong = no scared! for the TP encik LTA17K i think Our big brother otr!

you should have start up a conversation with him la. perhaps ask him this. "wah! class 2 bike really power sia! 9 PSI also can pump. no wonder corner can grip. mine only 25 PSI. the lower is it the better grip eh?"

So i discussed with my gal, shd wake him up not? scarli sleep inside ltr night news say someone die in car from CO poisoning (old car) den i will veli guilty leh.

just now filter left at a T junction after exiting KJE woodlands rd. i got this habit of checking mirror for nything suspicious esp bro white. I spot this bike behind me.i just as per normal stop between cars at the red light. look in the mirror saw the bike there. plate FM sumting. sportbike. most prob fireblade or gsx or watever... minding my own prob, i moove off when its green. check mirror again. WAH so close ar?? open up abit more..stil behind me.. at the ten mile junction-red light again selit between bus and car skali that bike behind me blow la.. rite when i reach the junction.then he filter left.

 

i was like WTF?? i pay road tax what!! no hogging wat!! left lane per!! he cud had blow earlier per bfore i selit. i did nothing wrong to him per. I know la im riding a super4 je . no match with him la. i know its something small but after a long days werk riding sym magic and getting blows everywhere, i kinda made me a lil angry.

 

so cases like this i just take it as his bike, before dropping gear must blow abit so can kick down easier. so offence bro if ur out there. PEACE OUT!!

Today while on my way to work around 8.40am while riding on the left lane along Gambas road,a scrambler (should be DRZ400) dropped his arrow exhaust pipe and the next thing you know a honda fit ran over it. Not sure whether it was from his bike or he did not secure it properly

wow! if i were there, i would scoop out my left hand to grab the pipe and then whack throttle!!! wah! can sell for a lot of money!! but i must be a James Bond to be able to do that.

 

Really feel heart pain for him. skali he just bought from shop and that's his first day with the new pipe! can ask shop for replacement or not if they never tighten properly? come to think of it. if shop never tighten your engine oil part properly then your engine oil leaks causing your engine to spoil, do we have the right to ask them do the overhaul for free? since they are negligence in changing engine oil for us.
