well... my friend ever tried "kickstarting" his sp for a good few minutes till another sp came along, just look for awhile and said, bro where's ur key..

 

haha !

same thing happened to me..

me and my friends were out riding .. then this joker tried to turn off each and every one of our keys .. he managed to switch off mine, then i panick and tried kickstarting back my bike, but to no avail.... i darn kanchiong already coz lights gonna turn green soon, then i started to scream at my friend ...

 

his reaction?

 

 

he just kept laughing ! say tat he first time see me reacting like a girl ... only then he told me that my key is not turned on ...

Just now at Ang Mo Kio on the way back from the track... stopped between and slightly behind an S4 and a RVF at the traffic lights. RVF rider tells S4 rider to test pick up to next traffic light. S4 rider say we just come from defensive riding course but lets try anyway.

 

Lights turn green and they both blasted off of course the S4 ridden by the bespectacled geeky looking guy was left smelling smoke. The RVF had to do an evasive move to avoid hitting a car that was U turning on the other side of the junction.

 

Pulled up to them again at the Ang Mo Kio MRT station traffic lights. They looked at me so I asked them if they were crazy and looking for trouble. Told them its dangerous to race on the streets, some more of all places in Ang Mo Kio central area with all the jaywalkers.. and the geek answers me that it is expensive to go to the track.

 

I asked him how much his life and licence was worth then he smiled like a geek and said that he and the RVF just play play only.

 

Looking back at the whole thing... I should have minded my own business and let these 2 idiots kill themselves before they can pass their genes and spawn a new generation of idiots.

 

U did what's right. Hopefully they don't get involve in anything "big" to learn a lesson. May god be with them.

yeah.. you should have just minded your own business. and they'll naturally be off the road. a friend's friend of mine was riding a krr and doing the same thing. not racing but testing of speed with his friend. but unlucky enough, a car beat the lights and he wasn't alert enough to avoid it. and now, he ended up in the hospital and is damn lucky to still be alive.

 

where's a safe place to 'drag race'? just to test pick up and power la. apart from tuas checkpoint of course. i'm just curious. perhaps will test a drz vs wr400 soon. hahaha... and don't say track as there's not much straights there.

light turn green if still can start, good enough la. today is a damn tiring day for me. i know my bike got problem already to kickstart. must use push start. i thought nvm la. can just try push start and just ride to my bikeshop. then at traffic light, engine die off even though i maintain high rpm in neutral. so i ended up doing a pushstart along the main road TWICE!! as it happened yet again one more time. in the end, i gave up! called the tow truck to bring it to bike shop while i rode my other bike there.

 

while on the way, my friend was unlucky enough to be stopped by highway patrol car for not switching on his headlights. and just because of his lights, he was also summoned for not having both the P-plates on his bike and for having removed his chainguards. lucky i was riding a 'safe' bike. if not, i also sure kena checked also by him. and the suckiest feeling for my friend is that he's taking out his p-plate next week. what a bummer!

today while riding, one of the thing that i noticed time & again is that, while turning right or left from one road to another, drivers tend to turn NOT into the lane they are supposed to but to the next lane..lets say, turning left..instead of turning into the left most lane, they went to turn straight into the lane on d right..and lets say most of them dont have a good enuf reason to go to that lane..i just wonder why..if they are as small as a bike never mind..sigh..

my headlights blew. only can on high beam, which i rarely use ... bleahh !!! the bike knows when my salary is in ahh ... irritating laa ~ haha .. so fr two days ive been riding with no headlights.. heees !

i've been using my hands to curse at drivers often of late ... some people are just weird. cannot lane change but die2 want to lane change. then can lane change already, hesitant on whether want to lane change or not. then this morning on AYE, got this dumb dumb van driver driving on the lane markings.

 

the other day whilst riding .. i was pillioning my friend, who is a much experienced rider than me .. what i got was constant naggings from him ! haha ... but picked up several tips for riding along the way ...

 

i thought .. only apeks ride with their legs sticking out .... just now , a young malay guy on an rxz was also riding with his legs sticking out , and lane splitting sooo slowly .. if i were his friend, i sure pluck his leg hairs uh!

Today while riding!

 

Clementi ave 6 (from pie to aye), i was on lane 2 wanted to change lane to lane 1..

 

Check mirror got 1 bike in lane 1.

 

After the bike sped off, i turned my head to check blindspot - NOTHING.

 

Proceeded to change lane within 0.5s, a bike appeared in my blindspot mirror!!??!!

 

So i uber soft lane change + lane split til that bike sped off then complete lane change.

 

Judging from his speed as he sped off, think he was going > 100 on a major road, not eway yet.

wasn't having the best week of the year, took a half day off in the morning before heading to work..

 

just only about 500m from my place, 1 car coming out of a condo saw me coming and yet he still cut across and in the process of me having to take evasive action to prevent a collision.

 

honk him and overtook him as i was on the higher speed. he honked me back and started tailgating me..

 

luck was on my side, we stopped at a traffic light. got off my bike and gave him a good dressing down in hokkien, only to know he's the eat potato kind who ACT as if he dun understand. gave him a dressing down and giving a i-dun-gif-a-damn-about-bikers look..

 

almost wanted to punch him in the face right there and then wif my carbon knuckles gloves, but sanity told me not to do so. doing so will be road-rage, need rotan.. i dun wan rotan just bcoz of an idiot..

Saw this VW golf this morning, interesting part is driver kept filtering time to time... I guess he try to cut to the shortest queue and filter back. After two junction when I make my left turn at the give way lane... saw this driver gotta filter his way from the extreme right to the left (driver is quite lucky as the traffic flow is very pack). A ah pek on pedal cycle on his path... luckily he saw it and slow down let ah pek pass before he move in. After driver move off from give way lane, step hard on accelerator pedal like no tomoorrow...

Some cagers are really goondoo... Yesterday while riding home from work, reached one of those "Left Turn on Red" junction. There's only one car in front of me and he rolled to a stop, when the main road was all clear. Gave him a short honk, he inch front, then stopped again! super sien... honk again, then he gave me the wth hand signal... -_-

 

Rode up next to him, he wound down his window, then I said "left turn on red", pointing to the sign... He give me the blur look, and mumbled something. He has super strong accent! Couldn't make out a single word he said... Decided not to waste time with this goon, engaged and moved off... Let the cars behind toot his arse off... :nono:

was riding in lane and road was clear on the extreme left lane. the other 2 lanes were crowded so this car decided to turn into my lane and he didn't see me. by the time he did, he nearly knocked me down if not for my quickly pick up speed to move out of e way. my carbon fiber exhausted was scratched and he said his number plate broke. this kind of case darn LL can't claim and no major damage...count on being darn suay. he apologised so i said forget it but felt darn pissed..told him dun assume and turn like that...freaking hell..now i have to live w the scratches!!!

he got fined for no p-plates and no head lamps. chain guard was given face. haha... 1 more week can take out p-plate. i told him to just put p-plate now and he still refused. he said 1 more week only. i'll laugh my ass off if he kena stop one more time during this week.

Knock my right mirror twice on 2 lorries in a row while PEDALLING

No damage to either side, because only lightly touch the vertical wooden supports of the wooden "Cart" that sticks out abit. So malu...

cvnt SGD 9732 Y , chao ah beng driver dont know how to wait. immediately horn at me after lights turn green. tailgate me then lane change abruptly and overtake me fast. CCB .... i followed after him and stopped at same traffic junction beside him. stared at him but he refuse to look to my direction. CCB chao ah beng blasting his chao ah beng music . dont know what crap he was listening to. after lights turn green, chiong again .. saw him weave in and out of lane. wtf ~ dont know what happen after that, he chiong so fast also, still got caught at traffic light whilst i lane split through traffic with ease...

 

all this happen after ECP exit at bedok, all the way through bedok south . freaking idiiot. dare horn at me but dont dare want to make eye contact. sibei scared ah? got ba|ls to drive fast and almost knock onto me but scared kena confront.
