sunday while on the NSHW in friend's car, back from sepang after motogp.

first time i managed to see the legendary "superman" in real life

and one time see 4 "supermen" flying thru traffic lol

u need to be young and reckless to become old and wise..... if u survive :angel:

Today while riding , going to work. saw this driver fiddling something on his left hand side almost stopping at a stop sign. i thought he was jerking off. sheesh he was holding his handphone. i thought trying to dial a number or trying to sms. sheesh. no, he was playing games. bloody ****.

only seen before on youtube

first time see it in zooming by me in real life mah :p

and get to see 4 at 1 go lanesplitting between 2 buses

Today, I was riding back on CTE at around 7pm, minding my own business in lane 3 travelling at about 70km/h (traffic was rather heavy, though still moving). A van appeared behind me and tailgated so freaking close that I could not see anything else but the van in my two side mirrors. I kept about 2 car lengths from the vehicle in front, and there was absolutely no space for him to go even if I wasn't there. I signalled right, check blind spot and then proceeded to haul my ass out of the danger zone by lanesplitting temporarily to a safer space in front. Because he was so close, I could tell that it was a PRC driver who was hell-bent on getting to his destination as soon as possible.

KJE towards tuas near cck bridge there..

 

A small freezer truck on Lane 1 doing ard 80km/h and being nonchalant about it..

 

Switch to lane 2 and saw it was a PRC driver.. Bloody idiot.

I use to ride like you when i first got my 2B. During that time i seldom lane spilt and i ride very slow at left lane, big lorry always cut me and squeeze me to road shoulder even tho I am only 1 car lenght from the from vehicle. Now I just lane split between lane 1 and 2 at 5-10kmh faster than the cars beside. I feel it is safer this way.

1st time wrote at this page. =D

 

how should i put this blog or piece of speech. behalf of my friend or for myself?

 

yesterday, i was riding home from AMK ITE, i was exiting from CTE to upper serangoon, usually that timing around 6 to 7 is kinda pack or jam or crowded.

i did usually lane spilt to 1st lane, then i stopped. cause i saw my friend bike stopped infront without moving off.

he saw me and told me, his bike cant move off. i ask him, why dont want push to aside? he reply wheel jammed. even start bike and change gear 1 and launch to move it also cant.

so he ask me for a bike shop number of the boss we usually go. and he request for towing and hope to get some remedy from the boss if the bike can move off.

i did try clutch in and push. impossible at all. even he sit on it and change gear, rev and i at the back push also no hope.

 

we stood in the white stripped line in between of 1 and 2. for sometime and wait for towing or emergency towing.

total we kena ask by 2 police cars, why we at that position. fews bikes give us some stares and some ask why we dont want to shift to side, causing bad jam..

 

finally a lady rider who rode a scooter, come behind and ask why we at this position. we told her, the bike wheel jammed. cant shift or move. she suggest to lift it up and move to road side. me and my friend gave a shock face, how to lift? kinda heavy eh.. just nice or damn heng and lucky, a r6 rider drop and stop his bike. he helped us to lift the bike to road side, the lady rider help to stop traffic for awhile.

 

we stood for at least 30min and finally some help from kind riders. =D

 

end up, my friend bike at shop after a check, rear wheel bearing GG, that why cant move. =X

Can definitely understand the stress, if need 3 people to move when only 2, right between cars. Slightly surprised that the police didn't help, probably needed to get somewhere for something important.

In the last 3 days , while riding i nearly had accident because of FT lorry drivers. 1st: while riding from AYE exting at Clementi Ave 6. just about at the slope there was lorry broken down. Now this lorry, was overtaking me from the right as we exit the AYE. As we went up the slope, about 50m away traffice slowed down because of another lorry broke down, this FT driver suddenly swerve to the left and nearly hitting me. Its not he never see. i was all the time infront of him until near the breakdown. I horned and just i was near him , i saw him entering a construction site for new condo. today: another Ft lorry driver but this time at eunos. sheesh. HOW THEY GET THEIR LICENCES??????
