Did not ride today. Decided to walk. About to cross when the green man lights up and a car just happily made a left turn. Green man already appeared meaning the light turned red for about 5 seconds or more. Wanted to just whack the car with the umbrella I brought along. The car was that close to me. Think next time pedestrian also must have on board cam already.

The education out of driving schools ...

The regulations brought by the regulators...

The matrix we all live in..

The system that we all can say nothing of...

For everything else, there's good weather :(

Road hogger @ 50km/h on 4th lane

A bike can go up till 200km/h, can the rider go up till 200km/h o_O

Was riding squeezing slowly through the PIE a couple months ago when a lorry decided to shift diagonally. Almost hit it. Was close enough for one of the men behind to touch my bike.

Newbie here need comments on the video posted for this driver in the blue car, considered abrupt lane change? I was shocked while checking left to filter out of AYE.

When you see so many idiots on the roads, really spoil mood. Last week I counted at least 6 close shaves:

1) Female driver on road shoulder moves off with one hand on GPS while looking at GPS, without signalling. Can't control her vehicle.

2) Female driver chatting to her kids change lane leftwards without signal and blindspot check. I nearly **** into my pants.

3) Female jaywalker dash out and stop in the middle of the ****ing lane, then looks at something far away (wtf?)

4) 3 x driver abrupt lane change.

I'm seriously considering buying a GoPro just to film all my rides, so my family can claim insurance when I die.

Does not have to be female. Anyone with GPS, be it male or female, driver or rider, will be distracted when the GPS give them wrong directions or too long to receive signal (especially after exiting the tunnel). I've seen that too many times, especially newbies when they try to gauge when is that 150 meters to turn.

Quick question.

My bike under hire purchase. I intend to buy over an old plate to put on my bike. I wanted to update the shop on this plate change.

Now shop tell me I need to pay admin fee, as I need to resign a new agreement for finance company due to new plate as they unable to update to system like that.

Wtf is this sh1t? I am unwilling to fork out the 'admin' fee even if it's $1. I feel its blatantly trying to eat my money.

Anyone with similar experience care to share?

Almost had an accident with another bike on my way back from JB tonight. was going up the bridge just after clearing JB customs, kept to the right of the lane as a big kawa with pillion and side boxes slowed down on the left. I knew there was another class 2 bike quite close behind as we cleared customs around the same time. So knowing that I was going slow and not wanting to block others (who like to smell 2t?), I signaled, checked mirror, blind spot and shifted to the left side of the lane. Right at that moment, the class 2 naked bike (i believe was an MT-09 or something of that sort) still insisted on zooming past and cutting thru on the left hand side. Given how narrow the motorcycle lane is on the JB side of the causeway, all I can say is that it was a very very close call and he would've kissed the barrier and fencing if not for his reaction.

While I know how exhilarating the sense of speed is, I don't see the need to endanger other people's life while doing so...

Ok, that's all, just felt like putting this out there. Ride safe and ride long everyone, have a pleasant Thursday
