any advice on why my zack only goes up to 100. and at gears 1 2 3, my rpm can go only up to 4? not only that. when i engine brake, there is this weird sound like two metal slicing.

salams broz, nak tanya sikit. ramai org suro bukak/tebok airbox.. baru bunyi sedap? how to bukak or tebok airbox? can we really do it by ourselves or what? so, do u your zzz bukak or tebok airbox? care to share guys??..

 

Its actually not about bunyi sedap bro, to me i feel it gives extra distance when i open up airbox. But u have to get use to the bass sound it might give u a headache at first if ur not use to it. If u staying west side can maybe contact me i can help u open up ur airbox then u go test ride ur bike and see which u prefer.

Oic.. Btw stay in east. Saw my airbox a few days before, it seems da ada tebok 10 lobang da bro.. My fren check for me. Earlier I've open under seat n got 1 black ting beside e 2T reservoir, i've open it and yes sound like abit bass n what u said earlier give e xtra distance when i test ride.

Oic.. Btw stay in east. Saw my airbox a few days before, it seems da ada tebok 10 lobang da bro.. My fren check for me. Earlier I've open under seat n got 1 black ting beside e 2T reservoir, i've open it and yes sound like abit bass n what u said earlier give e xtra distance when i test ride.

ada mech ckp rxz kalau bukak airbox tak sesedap and pegi mcm 125z..125z lain siket..kalau bukak kuat pegi..tak tau mane satu betul.

 

but if u think logically,engineer way..it is possible that opening up the airbox is not really efficient and no guarantee itll not do damage on the block..too much volume of air sucked in and nk set minyak mcm susah nk tentu..thats why ada org tebok je and bukak idung die..ada org tebuk tapi masih pakai idung die and silencer ori..baru lagi sedap..

 

but thats just my opinion upon my understanding of how piston engine works..

bukak coverset seblah kanan,nanti nmpk bende hitam triangle cacat,bukak tu bende,pasang balek coverset n test,try rase,but mostly ppl g set carb dulu lebih kn minyak aru test lau tk bobos lah nanti,hehe

aku nye pun gitu dulu..drill lobang..bukak idung..setting buat sedap bawak je..and aku nye org suke pickup dari distance...skru angin aku pusing 4 round..kalau lwn motor standard je ni pickup lagi kuat..tapi lama2 pastu piston aku seize..hahhahahahaahha

Kalau makida biase carik warna hitam. Keras sikit. Makida bronze got 2 version find for the one which can hold 300kg of weight. Best u keep money and go for showa or koni. Leaking or soft u can still rebuild.

Btw kn bro,did u ask abt the whole airbox or airbox cover only?cos some mech when u say airbox they will assume the whole airbox whereas some of us only remove the cover which does not cause quiet a huge prob to the bike engine

Wondering if you guys help me.

I'm having problem with my steering.

It's hard to explain, my steering seems unstable. It feels like the handle pushing back the forces.

e.g. When i want to move the handle bar to the left, the steering forces back to the right.

When free hand, keep going left. Cone bearing replaced.

What could be the problem? Fork? Fork alignment? Fork Tube?
