Hi,

Recently I start to hear a squeaking sound coming from under the bike when moving. Sometimes it's there and sometimes not.

Any idea if this is something to be worried about? Thanks

Season parking get from HDB branch office in your neighbourhood.

For parking coupons, they come in a booklet of 10 pcs (10 x $0.65= $6.50). When using, you need to tear off FOUR tabs: 1 - Year, 2 - Month, 3 - Day, 4 - AM (7am-10.30pm) / PM (10.30pm-7am)

Thanks alot people. Argh the hdb website said that I have to go to the branch office to apply for my carpark... I guess I have to make a trip there later..

You only need to make a trip there once. After that, you renew it over AXA station or SAM Station or through Giro. You only need to make a second or third or many more trip to HDB for season parking only when you keep changing bike.

I AM BACK!!!!!

Guys, thanks for all the replies.

It happens when I am moving, and the sound seem to synchronise with the rotation of the tyres. I did not change anything recently.

Maybe will go down to Planet when free...

It won't drain your battery, your ignition cuts off all lightings remember?

Pump your tyres when they're cold. I probably ride about 3km or less to pump. Always plan to pump nearest to you from the moving off point so your tyres don't heat up so much, riding speed affects too. How much are you pumping? Have you inserted it towards nozzle correctly?

No legal pipe nor full system, how I wish GPR/Yoshimura/Moriwaki/2 Brothers/Arrow would do something for this bike but nooooooo they didn't :nono:

No vehicles are designed to drink or intake excess EO, if it does happen its either due to wear+tear or manufacturer's fault(incl. of design flaw). I'd be lying or making up stories if I say it was normal ;) Sometimes its your gasket leaking, piston rings etc. Do seek your mechanic's help if you're unsure :thumb:

How much mileage does your friend cover per month? does he do regular EO change or just keep topping up?

1.4L is overkill, too much EO is no good for the engine also. I know some ppl who always fill with 1.2L, I'm sticking with 1L as so far my bike does not have problem of "eating" EO.

Does your bike "eat" EO in the first place? try with 1L and monitor every week or two.

CAPACITIES

Engine oil (After draining) 1.0L

(After disassembly) 1.2L

well.. i tried pumping at least 30 for rear tyre(shinko tyre i think, saw somewhere on tyre can pump till 33..). front i try at least 28 (dunlop).

but i never get the sound..

so i dunno whether im pumping it right..

is there a difference? 1 inflate 1 deflate?

but i tink gt inflate when i pump so i guess its the correct side..

u mean the thing u use to pump tyres? both side also can use. But u pump till there is a beeping sound then is the correct pressure that you have set.

Some pump no sound even after finish so u agar agar... dun pump here leak there then no good liao.
