bring chain lube very important, lube at every petrol fill up.

 

Do not rev harshly... let it build revs slowly, don't mantain high RPM.... stress to the bike. Cruise 90km/h at 6-7KRPM is fine.

 

Use thicker engine oil. X-50W rating: Mobil semi synth = $15. Personal Preference. Fully synth tends to dry up faster.... check EO level at every petrol fill up. Top up with spare bottle of EO.

 

Air filter heck care it, spark plug can start can already not need iridium all these, Tighten chain before going, Tires going to botak can consider changing before going same for chain and sprocket and brakes.

 

try not fill up V power, very taxing, makes the engine very hot.

 

Bring tire ponchet kit, 2 litres of fresh water, first aid kit, bungee net will be your best friend and bungee cords x 2 should be enough.

 

If not enough space.... consider adding side panniers. Top box is a must else you Hare Lan.

 

Get adequate rest early... if can't sleep cos excited... down one can of Anchor $8.80 for 3 at 7-11... confirm you sleep like a baby.

 

And very important, one week before trip don't go and do funny thing to your bike fast throttle all....

Currently working on the space issue.

I visited Singapore and I'm leaving today. I'm in the airport. I didn't have internet inside singapore until I got the airport free wifi. I actually extended my stay 1 day. I really enjoyed everything. Too bad I didn't get to meat you guys though.
