go for it! in Price Theory, we learnt about the Stackelberg First Mover advantage theory and it provides that if u are the first mover, it doesnt matter what everyone else does; u will still gain more than them.

Good choice.... I enjoy my VFR a lot even though she is an old girl, still 1997 750cc generation .... cost me less than the CBR150 I rode in Singapore hahaha (sorry, just could not resist the chance to frustrate some ppl by mentioning that ;-P )

Considering you like to make the long touring trips, these bikes will serve you well and in fact, the VFR is more comfortable to ride long distances compared to the more sporty CBR.

Yup, when I arrived, read the newspaper about COE already up to 34k for small size car again... goodness... I paid (much) less for my car alone. But then, I see the traffic... already notice the increase when I was still living here, so understand the restrictions... no use to have (cheap) car if there is no road available to drive on. Makes you wonder why they have ambition to increase population from 4.5M to 6M... busy enough already o_O

pfew, sprocket size can find somewhere earlier in thread dunno by heart anymore. From memory, speed on speedo at 7k rpm should be around 90 kph if not mistaken but varies with weight of rider and stuff carried around.

about 100km/h. but that was w/o box, pillon, fat tires, etc...

As I was saying, depends very much on the stuff you carry with you... in the case of Zed... if all accessories removed, just carrying his body weight... 100kph can be achieved... he always was the fastest (and lightest rider) out there

Hi all,

Anyone know where I can find the rear seat cowl for my bike? Can find in SG or must order online?

1. If u feel the rev is high change to an even bigger sprocket.... then you will reach 100km/h in no time.

2. 7000 RPM when cruising @90-100km/h, how much faster you want to go?.... 13k RPM while whacking and hiding behind the small wind screen.... 140km/h flat out full throttle.... when stop somewhere can smell something burning.... heeheheee

3. No.
