i did change mine one. U can get any grips that u want. the person helping u change will cut a hole and then fit in with the balancer. Without balance ya bike won't be so stable.

yesterday i bought mine at lab. manage to change one side only as the other side is stuck. the balancer cannot take out.

went a motordiam and he help me fix but he juz pluck out the whole balancer with the core rod from the left handle.

the mech. told me dn put balancer al this nvm one.

but today i went out.. super weird. the left handle was vibrating SO HARD that the mirror is even shaking. now gotta ask mech. to reinstall a new core inside cos the old one spoilt le.

next time ppl changin grip muz rem tat the balancer and the core rod is super impt.

Whoopeeeee i manage to push her into redline on 5th wif ease .....man it was fun .......... btw I fitted NGK iridium plug not Platinium as stated earlier ..... top end speed feels much faster veri veri strong pull at the top end, but again i guess everything (parts) must be right ......

actually ah, it is not confirmed the air filter is a must to change because uncle lim upgraded his spark plugs and EO and also installed a new air cleaner. all that might have played a part in make the bike faster and more responsive.

 

anyway, i do believe the air filter have something to do with all u guys' bike who claim that she has no power at the higher end of RPM, that's my deduction from inspecting limbat's old air filter, which is blackish inside already although his mileage is not high to begin with.

 

my 2 cents worth. and yes, the operation on his CBR150R yesterday was a success. :smile:

so can help me change my plugs? Highly recommanded EO. R4. Yest ride abt 100km ard sg. The additional power was damm gd. Bike is easier to start and heat up pretty quickly. Like that i think i also change lor.

They need to use a special gun to blow in air to change the grips one. Actually outside LAB they can change for u liao.

change plug is a damn troublesome process. i had to take out fairing and radiator to reach the spark plug. see when we can have a DIY session lor. casper and chris, do u all do the same thing when u change plugs or u all have a better way to do it?

 

now i'm convince R4 is good. i am a CASTROL supporter man. last time my SP i also use castrol power1 2T. now my phantom i using castrol power1 4T. can feel the difference from my shell EO immediately. recommended. :lovestruck:

Had to miss the KT trip due to the Italian meet-up.... sigh...... maybe we can organize again this week-end ? Total of 160km to n fro from JB shell. Nice trip if not speeding........ cause speeding on m'sia smal roads is extremely dangerous due to the BIG holes on the roads n sand/gravel at the corners. N not to mention the cars turning with no 3s signal in advance..... So if going in to any part of Msia, pls ride carefully n be Xtra alert to other road user possible action....

Its my fault for playing on small unfamilar roads. Too fast, too low so skid into e fence at e side of e road. Gd lesson.

Cant remb how many stitches i had as e drug they gave me made me too drowsy to b aware of e suitation hence will only know when i remove them on e 18th.

Anyway e worst thing now is that my eyes r so small n puffy now due to drug allergy.

N i forgot to take a pictures as rememberance.
