:cheeky:

they cut & re-weld the mounting part of the bracket after rotating it to suit the angle when it is mounted on the fuel tank.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car

and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,

torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Just got my chain and sprocket done.

14t front (sonic125), 42t rear, RK gold chain 428XSO, Maxima coolant @$165

Not sure kena chop or not.

Brought back my stock sprockets, in case the FC is really bad, will change back to stock.

Btw, what you mean by overhaul? Rejetting the carb isit? I read on other forum, it says carb is better to be tuned/rejetted to 40/125. But Im unsure what this no stand for. LOL...

sweet dude, let us know how often you wheelie.

duno the meaning of overhaul.. but wat mech say it to strip the bike n see anything needed to be changed.. cos anything that can change on my bike i have change to sort of new condition.. so the problem cant be seen by eye now without stripping till the overhual portion from my understanding.

as for wat u mean rejetting carb i no clue.. i arent gd at bike either..

and what tune/rejet i duno too.. the mech juz put a brand new carb down to my bike lor haha..

so where is the shop for sprocket ?

im keen on the trip :)

but im not putting my name into the namelist yet though cause im still pretty much on a considering stage only. i would rather last min join in than to put aeroplane.

any others who are keen to join along??

So far I only saw Blurger asking about it. Not sure about others. Me, I'm pretty certain will go, but thought it would be nice to go as a group of CBR150, so if anyone is interested and can confirm then i will sign us up as CBR150 group rather than individuals?

Anyone else?

Our friend here has itchy fingers but I wonder how much more pulling power do you get and what does it do to your top speed and FC. Do let us know the effects... :thumb:

LOL. Its not itchy hand, but feel my bike is too underpower.

Just have my first ride since then. It feels so good, its like the machine is not being forced to run the bike (with pillion). The rpm&speed donot go down as fast as previously when the road is going up.

Nvr try to speed as my rear brake got bit of problem coz of chain lubricate.

For the FC, in fact, I have never calculate my bike FC since i got it. :sian:

But going to calculate it.

Guys, ride safely. Road is not for playing.

Not very sure of the name. Pai seh... Its between alexandra and bukit merah road. They park lot of bike outside their shop 1. If you know where to drink nice apricot around IKEA, then you know the place already.

Perhaps, you should wait for my feedback first regarding the sprocket. Who knows its not really work in our bike, coz they get the sonic125 sprocket to fit into my bike. Up to you though.

would be interesting to note your old and new top speed.

Actually, Im not really interested in top speed. Hehehe... As long as it helps me in acceleration, i feel satisfied liao. Will try the top speed though, when I cant sleep in the middle of the night. My old top speed is 130kph with full throttle. New TS will be coming next week. Exam coming, so sianz :sian:

Hee Zed (and anybody else that needs to travel that direction), FYI, what I got from LTA website on the ERP gantry at Upper Bukit Timah Rd:

Installation of Other Gantries Which Will Not Be Activated Until Speeds Fall Below Optimal Speed Range

South-bound Upper Bukit Timah Road: New Gantry

13. With the introduction of a new gantry at the south-bound BKE, traffic at Upper Bukit Timah Road may deteriorate as traffic decants from the BKE. Hence, an ERP gantry will be erected along the south-bound Upper Bukit Timah Road after Hume Avenue to allow us to address congestion in a timely manner if it were to build up. This gantry will only be activated when congestion builds up and traffic conditions warrant the implementation of ERP.

14. LTA will give prior notice before levying any ERP charge at this gantry.

Seems we're still safe for the time being

Hmm, maybe I can ask some questions.

Could you guys tell me if it's possible to install side boxes on the CBR150? NEver really seen it before on the CBR.

Yes, it can be done. You may ask Obeno, his bike has side boxes.
