it's interesting to note that the speedometer is purely analog, while the tachometer is almost digital in construction. does explain why it's easy to replace a tacho with a digital readout, while the speedo is trickier.

 

interested to change the meter needles to LED needles similar to those found on some car meters?

standard fit to be attached to the meter mechanism

length wise may need to do some trimming if necessary

:cheeky:

 

im juz playing w/ the idea.

cause the needles dont come cheap.

i stripped my bike to replace my broken fairing.

 

my bike now looks like the bikes you see along motorshop lane. i can't go anywhere till tomorrow evening at earliest. got to wait for paint to dry.
