I think most do DIY and servicing at JB shops....

 

no need go jb so far to save money, do SG better.

 

no need for full servicing also unless u too much money n time to spare, just service wat is needed

btw.. what u guys think of the plate "FA5T" (FAST)??

some ppl are very sure that this is just a hearsay and in reality there's no such plate..

 

but I saw something ytd and i think it might exist afterall..

 

let u guys ponder for a while.. when I'm free i'll post the picture of what i saw. =)

this one is easy

just go to the onemotoring website and try checking out the transfer fees payable for that number plate.

if it doesnt exist, then u will get an error msg.

shoot man, this is not a good week for the CBR family... what happened? Car drive into you? Damage? R u ok yourself?

 

car knocked me at the junction of still road south and east coast park service road. well, i'm kinda confident i did nothing wrong.

 

i'm ok but my baby is not. so poor thing, first my bee kena work overtime now kena shoot. sianzz.

The story goes like this. I was travelling along ECP service road, then at the junction of still road south, a stupid driver who was supposed to stop at the stop line did not stop and knocked me on my left.

 

Driver claims that i was speeding and she can't see me.

 

Before the junction of still road south, there is a hump and a right bend. Moreover, after i was knocked the f*** out, i managed to stand up, light a stick of cigarette and talk to the driver friend. Do you think this is possible if i was speeding?

 

You be the judge. Tell me your thoughts from the bottom of your heart without taking into consideration that i am your friend. What i am trying to say is that don't be bias la. Tell me the truth, i won't get offended.

 

By the way, driver refused to talk to me. She got a spokesperson which is her passenger. A guy who claims that he is taking Class 2B prac 1. Lol. Talk like a Traffic officer with 20 years experience.

but u have exchange particulars ? is the lady a p plate if u did exchange particulars? try to find things in your favour mah..

Did you draft out like a letter on a A4 letter of the accident plus took photos of the unmoved vehicles?

 

If you did, there's a high chance you will win this claim according to your claims.

 

Backside > Straight > Left > Right

 

this rule always apply in the event of claim.

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,

Wandi, only person who can say u r speeding or not is urself, so if u say u r not, is enough already. In any case, they way u describe is that the accident site is on junction where car come from minor road and u r on major road. Automatically the fault is theirs regardless of ur speed.

 

What KW said is true though, did u fill out insurance claim form and get details from driver? Btw, it doesn't help the driver since she is P plate, how about u, no longer p plate right?

Many thanks to Zed, getting me the spare parts and helping me do the necessary repairs on my bike. Gear foot lever replaced and all gears still working (my biggest worry). Now only left some cosmetic damage to left side fairing :(

 

Still wonder how can escape with such minor damage... Zed can testify my gear lever was bent pretty badly... :giddy:

How to speed in that kind of road? If you speed also doesnt matter. Just like how Nils stated

In any case, the way u describe is that the accident site is on junction where car come from minor road and u r on major road. Automatically the fault is theirs regardless of ur speed.

 

The other thing, if she cant really see other road users (on speeding), does she qualified to be a driver? Or should all the speeding vehicles being knocked by her since she cant see people speeding?

 

For me, to be honest the most dangerous drivers in the road are girls and taxis. Girls just cant estimate properly between distance and speed, and tend to ignore motorcyclists as they see us as a lower level class. Heard from one of them saying, "Kanina small cub only", where she was actually in the fault side.

Where for taxis, they are too bored with the road alrdy, and think the roads are theirs. So they can do whatever they want.

If she felt she was not at fault, why was she afraid to come down to talk to you?

 

I believe you are not at fault, claim her big2, change this change that. Change the 08 edition body liao.

 

Other thing, there is a less one girl driver on the road, so its saver by abit.

anyways, any cbr fellow mates are working at the changi air freight centre?

 

i saw a FBC red color scheme CBR150 @ T1 or T2

 

and saw a FBB blue color scheme CBR150 @ schenker
