I have Ah hui's number from unique... went down to unique today to get quotation. $200 for workmanship for top end overhaul... another day go to ah chong's to get 2nd opinion.

Just now while riding, my clutch slipped again with a horrific crunch and burning smell. And then while struggling to get the bike in gear again i had an epiphany...

 

Riding my half fook bike (engine) is EXACTLY like riding pizza hut's wave S all over again...

Slack chain... check (tightened it already)

Burning smell ... check

Dodgy electrical systems... check

Strong brakes... check

Smallish side mirrors....check

Slipping clutch...check

Hell, even the engine sounds like a cub one... no wonder ZR can ride till piston explode... hahhahha. This is a Cub Kia with fairing and a fuel tank. I swear, wave engine sounds EXACTLY like mine. Must be Honda engine....

And that fantastic HONDA reliability to continue riding no matter how F$@$%ed up the engine is... priceless!!

our bike not meant to be abused like wave. When u starting to overhaul. i think the 200 workmanship is okay leh. i read from phantom people ah chong is one hell of a good guy for honda bikes

 

and TA200 has almost the same type of engine as us.. and ah chong is a pro...
