any1 interested to gutt/cut their air-intake?it suppose to help alot in the low end and i read alot good feedback after gutting the air intake.We could do a mass DIY session if u all want.

am getting like 17km/l.With a LV full system+thermal,+0/2 ratio,custom PC map.and everytime pull the bike as if am riding a ktm shorty. =) if relax ride am getting 18.3km/l

leo vince slip on, Driven smog block off plates (AIS removal), bmc race filter, getting 20km/l consistently for relaxed riding. The trick is to clean, lub your chain and sprocket, as well as inflate your tyre once a week. (I personally use 250f, 290r)

OK..sounds convincing..i believe the R6 has the same free flow concept except the 08 onwards has the YCCI to improve mid-range.

 

Will try this mod on my rr11,hopefully by my next track practise early September..

Will feedback on it i if i remember..hehehhe..

pro is your bike can go very fast. con is your bike will go too fast. =) on serious note,u can google this mod.oversea quite alot of them did it on their 600rr.

haven do.BUT now got 2 choice this sat(13/08/2011) go bike shop do either Racewrk or Bikewrkz and pay $50?or find a day when all free to DIY which is FOC!

anyway i did a similar mod to my super4 before.They call it the tank riser mod.You got to rise until you can see your air filter intake nozzle.After the mod that is what i feel. once i open throttle got a nice growling sound and once i close throttle there another nice whistle sound.so 2 thumb up for the mod.I think in Sg only me and my fren who did this mod to their S4.
