X1 CLUB GATHERING

regarding the backfire problems, it is normal for all of us.

some claim that its the carb setting, some say the exhaust gasket got leakage and some claim that if you don't use your choke you wont get the backfire problem till you use your choke.

I dunno which is which but for me, what i did is not to use my choke when my engin is cold, then when i full throttle, i don't do it longer then a min then i will play wid my throttle, eg. full throttle then close abit then repeat.

so far i havent got any backfire problems.

if it dosent work for you. maybe you can ask your mechanic to do a proper setting of your carb.

for wat i do to prevent this backfire is wen i whack full throttle,n i want to slow down,i turn slowly...or best,don whack ur throttle at all ah,but sumtime nvr whack oso happen...don realli bother much ah.....y nt hang out with us this week end...

btw any of u know the price of a standard stock swingarm?

my bike old owner(my fren) change to posh swingarm n left the stock one at a shop in jb, when i came to that shop to get it back, the mech told me he throw away alread, or maybe sold off... bas3rd...

Any bros out there know where and how much is the total cost of doing it here in singapore?

not relly sure how much.. tink u only have to pay for the switch wich is less then 5 buck n the workmanship. its an easy job actually...
