Whoever that's riding a FBA196 X1 at about 3.45pm this afternoon, please be aware that your riding was reckless and morally unacceptable. As you were coming down from Bukit Panjang Ring Road past Al Iman Mosque, turning left into the slip road merging into Bukit Panjang Road, you failed to give way at a zebra crossing and caused shock to a young lady (probably 7 years old) who was about to cross the road.

 

I was approaching the zebra crossing and I immediately noticed the young girl who was patiently waiting for the traffic to clear to cross. I stopped then gave hand signs to signal her to cross the road, but FBA196 X1 just dashed past the zebra crossing from my right and gave a scare to the young girl who was about to cross after I waved for her to proceed.

 

The accusation was still deniable if you had slowed down when passing the zebra crossing. But judging from your speed, you had no apparent intentions of slowing down, less giving way to pedestrians. What made things worse was that you were pillioning a lady passenger on your back, whilst clearing the public road bend at so much speed. Imagine the young lady had proceed to clear the zebra crossing without checking for other possible traffic, both you, your pillion and the pedestrian would have suffered serious injuries or even fatality.

 

Please respect yourself and other road users. Any road user bears social and moral responsibility at all times, you are no special.

was his helmet black wit a white star? pillion also same? i saw a FBA x1 at Singapore Poly going real fast..

Well to be honest I can't remember. I only remember his no. plate is FBA196, blue in colour if I'm not wrong.
