Hey anyone here use disc brake for rear tyre?and one more question.Is it true that when change to racing footrest the rear drum brake will not be effective?Cos mine is racing footrest and the rear drum brake is practically not effective at all

should be around 800+. depend on the plate of the bike too.

haha yep. last year went for inspection with racing footrest. only pass on the third attempt. everything was fine, just that the rear break is not effective.

had change to standard footrest now.

and one more thing. practically with racing footrest and drum brake . it might look that your rear brake is functioning on the road but when it comes to inspection, pray hard that god is on your side! ahaha. because you got to have some technique till you pass!

Bro, no cheapest lei as very hard to gauge as the rates are not fix as always the insurance companies always change their rates according to market fluctuations, agent commission like how much she or he wanted to absorb the charge etc, also insurance co. whether wan to hit quota so lelong all the way until hit quota.... so is just a matter of time u ganna the cheap deal..

Also there is another point to take note is if there are many young riders who ride X1 and have accidents: expect the premium to rise!

 

For me 28 yrs with no ncb, FZ plate $251 for 3rd party with no fire and theft.

indeed its cheap. $10 for yamalube EO and denso sparkplugsat wingyap.

i have the idea of even changing it every 2 weeks.

 

so far for one week its still running smooth.

going to wingyap later. if hand itchy, wanna change EO again.

100-110km/h. maybe because its light?? and i didnt make any mods to the engine or sorts. just play around with sprockets does wonder though.

i just bought a x1 not long ago n tdy i tried to fix the endurance pipe n try but its seem not to be fitting n lyk no power lyk tat.. izzit the endurance not for my bike one??

haha. not dun want share lar. the mechanic ask me to sit at the pillion seat then jerk abit, put weight behind. and i passed. guess i was lucky though!

WingYap got 2 outlets. One at balestier road, the one got alot of hotel one life geyland and the other at AMK industrial area. Haha. But i really recommend this yamalube. I use to get the vibrations at 90km/h - 100km/h. But not its lesser. much more smoother.

haha. yeap2. there are always pros and cons to everything. Using racing footrest can corner rossi, but gives you a hard time during inspection and probably e-braking.

 

But if you use standard, cannot corner . for sure scrap footrest one. haha. but no problems with inspection!
