that day my X1 juz backfired for the 1st time in 12000KM

not sure why it happened also...

but i observe that my engine oil starting to get 'eaten'

from max oil level marking drop to min level in 3000KM

lucky i change oil every 3000KM

 

anyway guess backfire issues are tricky

i see OTR bikes like TA200 and Wave backfire quite a number of times already

used to own a Wave that backfires like once every few thousand KM

tuning or engine design issues?

once oni? i dunno mine how many times already.. i realise that if i full throttle alot then more my bike will likely backfire..

how come 4 stroke engine piston will seize also?

insufficient engine oil?

always thot such things only happen to 2 strokes

don^: piston cease and piston jam is different.. if cease the bike just die while on the road.. if jam, it can cause ur wheels to lock.. correct me if i'm wrong..

and anyone know where to get gasket for x1 pipe? i need one.. i've tried many shops but to no avail..

hm..but reason for piston seize and jam is the same right?

 

anyway hopefully it dint cause any scratches on yr block
