anyone facing other problems.. i sometimes have a problem when picking up.. after changing from 1st to 2nd gear and throttling to pick up speed, my bike (at 2nd gear) suddenly go to neutral without even touching the gear lever.. this problem will happen about once every 2-3 weeks.. very scary cos sometimes like wanna fly off from the bike.. what do u guys think about this?

disadvantage : people will jealous see your bike

advantage : improve breaking power.

hm..actually how does larger brake disc affect braking effectiveness when the caliper is not changed?

meaning technically...the surface of the brakepad in contact w/ the brake disc to produce the braking effect doesnt increase even if u upsize the disc right?

the only possible way i could think of..that a larger brake disc may help a little will be in the area of heat dissipation in the event when brakes are overapplied resulting in the disc and pads heating up too quickly reducing their braking effectives..

whats yr take on this? :cheeky:

It is to dissipate heat faster. means less brake fade.

What's the color of her eyes?

Does she even realize I'm here?

it does make a diff.. maybe cos i think the holes are different.. the ones i'm using are not the norm round ones.. i'm using the flowery type... so u break can feel abit diff then norm round disc and it sure is more effective...
