has anyone here changed their stock exhaust to another street legal one? Thinking of changing but worried about the legalities here.. Asked a motor shop 'Not disclosing name' about the GPR pipe and was told it can be fixed but the exhaust has to be modified to be able to fit the bike.. So if we mod the pipe is it still legal?

as i know to my knowledge there is no legal after market pipe for wave even though there have been rumours of leovince pipe coming for wave but that is only rumours la. if have surely many ppl will dun mind to purchase one.

 

what i want to knw is can wave-x cover set be installed on the old version of wave? maybe can do a bit of modifications etc? anyone thinks its possible?

GPR has aftermarket exhaust for ANF125 aka Wave125S/R/X

But nobody seems to wanna bring it into singapore.

 

Wave X cover set can be installed on older version of Wave.

But is it worth the trouble ?

U need new headlights,meter,signals,tail light,keyslot & keys.

The complete cover set could set u back about $150-200 for the original.

The rest of the stuffs maybe another $100-150......

Close to $400 or maybe even more just for the looks just not worth it my fren.

there is a full system exhaust by yoshimura, dont know legal for your wave x or not yet.

ya yoshi exhaust...but think no shop/dealers wan to bring in and get it approve as wave community not as hot as spark /x1

Wave X is neat, saw it several times otr... quite a number of uncle riding it...

so is it true that non-electric starter Wave X comes in rear disc brake setup? Hopefully it got plenty of accessories for this baby.

There are plenty of accessories for Wave family..from performance to cosmetic. Look out for the super solid AsiaProduct's Alu swingarm and USD fork.
