If u wanna chop those choppers like mutton chops, look for this bro nicknamed:

"X-iled" He's the Man u should look for when it comes to customizing your ride.

If you're in luck, he might juz appear b4 your eyes. :bouncefire:

Search for him deep, deep in the forest of Bkt Timah uphill, downhill. When u reach to a small cave opening, just click "Members List" n there he will be, sitting astride on his "Villain" listening to the music of BonJoVi "I'm a cowboy. On a steel horse I ride.... & I'm wanted....dead or alive ....Yeah!

Upz to u n your ride Bro X-iled. :shades:

Wats new?

Such choppers is going around in Singapore of course but, these choppers won't be available in brand new stock condition because they are all customized by their sweet owners who don't mind spending the extra time, money and effort on their beloved steeds. However, just to give you a side note, these customized choppers are not road legal nor would these choppers pass the motorcycle inspection. But you could try your luck by sending such customized chopper to LTA for road legal approval that, usually take quite a while from the local authority if you don't mind the waiting.

Good luck.

i disagree on the cost.

if u tokking about bling blings and jus pushing yur bike to shop to "do up" .. of cos thats the amount u be prepared to pay.

though my mods are nothing compared to the actual bike builders...to get my bike to the stage u see in my sig pic..... cost me less than 1k. its not the nicest nor the best.. but its decent enough. not everything is about money. time and effort is the more impt.

costar.. i believe the guy u saw was chris.. the bike silent knight and bro.. if u are the type that is worried about legality issues.. then drop the option for kustom bikes .. but if u like what u see and have a thirst to adopt this backstreet kustom kulture, we could meet up for coffee.

Mend to be a discussion.

Nice Chop must prepare to pay, not all have the time, knownledge and then put in efforts or even worst with good patience to wait.

Do agree some Chop can get it done cheap but the details is crap ... Properly will ended with steerling problems because Rake and Trails are wrongly calculated or so low got look but not street / highway properly functionality and so on ...

BTW, tread starter is talking about Chopper, yours is Bobber, I think is different right ... :D

Sorry, I don't mean anything, just words straight from my mouth.

haha.. bro u did yur homework. right. mine is a bobber.. glad that at least someone in the forum did point out the difference.. seems like the Kustom thread didnt exactly go to waste eh. ahahha...

what u said about trail is right on the spot. cutting up frames is another level altogether... i'm nowhere near. :cheeky:

yea it lasted.. as long as u dun purposely go chip it.. but its a lot of work.. gotta mask alot of areas... u might wanna get it powdercoated...

hmmmm ya.... but i always thought powder coating was 1) expensive and 2) limited range of colors........

then go ahead and spray. mask off the tire surfaces at the edge of the rims. before that.. sand the rims .. do it until its a dull metal colour and no chrome left. if u gonna do a different colour for the spokes.. u must remember to mask the spokes one by one as well at the edge near the rims. then cover the entire hub plus spokes with newspapers... its best to take off the wheel to do this.. a tip is to spray the spoke colour first.. then go for the rims. if u are prepared to go through all these ****.. then u can give backstreet kustomizing a try... :)

spraying the rims is not jus a spin the wheel and wack kind of paint job... hahaha...

ahah...ya.. if i were to do it.. will take off the tyres first..... was thinking of sanding, then putting a thin layer of primer... than put the color on..... wat brand of spray paint u use man....????tok to u on msn la.
